Completely did whatever she wanted. I asked for neutral med-dark brown toner over my natural brown hair color that I’ve grown out to be natural and I said absolutely no red tones. I’m also a hairstylist. I told her only a level 6 with a little level 5 and no red tones! Just neutral because my hair already will pull warm tones naturally. This lady made my hair completely black! With red glow in the sun! So disgusting! When I asked why it was so dark she said she did 5 and it will fade! I said it looks a little red and she just said it was the lighting it will fade! Worst experience ever! She completely ignored my request and did whatever she wanted on my hair!

This was my first visit to the Alexandre Salon on Avenue Matignon. I told the receptionist that I wanted to change my hair, but I wasn’t sure what I should do. I was thinking about highlights. At that moment, several members of the staff from Alexandres came forward and recommended the best course of action for my hair. They urged me to get my hair highlighted and glossed, follow by a cut and blow dry. Andrea is the hairdresser that did my hair and she is absolutely fabulous!!! She really took her time and explained everything to me. I was so thrilled with her attention to detail and couldn’t be happier with the final result!! Later on, Yves cut my hair. He was so kind and was interested to know me. I was touched that he even took the time to recommend a great restaurant in his hometown for my husband and I :) From start to finish, this salon made me feel like a queen. So- I can understand it’s reputation for being the best salon in Paris. Thank you so much to Andrea, Yves, and the entire staff of Alexandres for making my first visit here so special.
