My extensions turned out amazing! Celine put loots of care and love into finding the perfect color and matching my ownhair with a balayage. Definitely my new favorite hair salon ☺️

I straightened my hair a few times it was good the service is similar to most parisian hairdresser if you ask me. But i'm still putting one star because of the terrible experience i had when i wanted a haircolor. They did me real dirty the work was so unprofessional and the result disgusting apparently the person who took care of me that day was an apprentice but under the superior's watch so ... won't be going there again. Their other salon had a better team in my opinion but the service doesnt justify their prices they want to appear as a fancy hairsalon but they're not putting much effort into it except maybe for the prices.

It was really a pleasure to spend a few hours in your salon.It was not my first time here but as always the atmosphere was very nice ,the staff was very very kind but what's most important is that Mrs Sylvie who was stayling my hair is really an artist .She makes me feel and look fantastic! Many thanks for everything, I am looking forward to see you again next time I am in Paris! I would very much recommend this salon!

This is the worst experience I ever had! Sorry to say this but this is the worst hair salon ever. I went there to remove my old hair extension and put a new one, I wish I never had. So they told me to visit for consultation before putting the hair extension to decide which length/color/volume ..etc I went there and I decided to go for 20 extension (tape) and I informed them that I might need more than 20 so I'll see it and then we can decide if im going to put only 20 or order more she agreed with me and gave the full price and asked me to pay down payment half of the price so i did. I went there the next day for application so she started to remove my old hair extension washed my hair and I was ready for the new ones. I asked her to show me the new hair extension and here was the shock!!! The hair extension hair is FALLING ALOT ! And it has a very dry ends! I was worried and ask if this was normal she said yes it is! (I know it wasnt ok but I had to move on!) I counted the hair extension then I REALIZED ITS ONLY 15! this wasn’t what we agreed on! I told the hair dresser why it’s only 15 she said that there was a mistake yesturday we gave you a wrong pricing and you have to pay more if you want the extra 5! . I was really shocked and disappointed and told her why didnt you inform me before starting she was angry and yelled what can i do now?? And she said we cant give you your money back! I was trapped so I asked her to order the extra 5 hair extension and it got even worse!! she started to put the hair extension and when she’s done! I was so disappointed again because my hair still looked so fine the application was TOTALLY wrong! She seemed that she was a trainee and she and the manger was so rude and unprofessional when I told her there is something wrong the hair extension is unevened ! She said we have to cut your hair to fix that, i told her ok go ahead but please fix it it got worse and worse and I told them That i dont like it because it’s un even it looks fuller on the left side and very thin on the right side ! The manger yelled (in french) and said that she’s going to call the police! OMG it was a nightmare for me this is the first time I go to a place like that! I told her that i understood what she said I didnt say that I’m going to run away without paying I just said it’s not even! So go ahead if you want to call the police! ???? she started to do her call and I tried to call other hair salons to fix my hair extensions because I felt so miserable ! I’ve waited so long nothing happend I payed and went out to visit a real professional hair salon! Sorry for writting such a long review but im doing this as a WARNING to other people! Not to go to this professional and rude manger and staff salon.

The staff is really nice but it took me more than 2 hours for a brushing that I usually do in a bit less than 1. It was extremely slow and not specially good. I won't go back for sure and I would not recommend.
