    I did an appointment weeks in advance just to be told that they “couldn’t find it in the system.” Don’t bother making online appointments for this place as they won’t be honored, not even when you show evidence of the appointment. I have included a screenshot of my confirmed reservation as evidence. You would at least expect that they would rectify their mistake by doing the haircut anyway at the time of the appointment but no, they only offered me to come back at a time much later than the one I reserved weeks ago. For prices like theirs and this kind of behavior, I recommend anyone reading this to go somewhere else, you’ll be in much better hands.

    My fiancé needed a haircut after learning the clippers wouldn’t work in the hotel room. We noticed the barber shop the previous day in Galeries LaFayette and returned the next and were served immediately. Louis did a wonderful job and it was a full service including wash.

    Excellent experience. Very attentive barber with good English speaking ability. Kind and knowledgeable. The massage chair during the shampoo was a lovely touch. I will definitely return on future trips to Paris.

    I walked in mid afternoon and was able to be seated immediately. Great customer service and exceptional English speaking skills. He was very attentive and listened while also giving options and collaborated with me before he began the cut. Great experience! Will be back.

    I went without an appointment. Mohamed not only fit me in right away but gave me an excellent haircut, shampoo and styling. The shop is located conveniently in the Galeries Lafayette mall. The shampooing chair is also a very nice massage chair and I think I fell asleep for a few minutes! Very nice people, very professional, thanks Mohamed. Perfect.

    The service quality depends on each hairstylist (usually nice) but “A” guy was not happy with my booking on Tuesday. His saying was not nice at all. If 19:30 is not good, why they keep the time slot.
