I was in Paris for a wedding recently and had to find a salon to firstly do a color one day and a formal style for a wedding on another day. The staff were super friendly even though most people do not speak English here. Staff were friendly and super accomplished. Ask for Malika if you are in town and you need a special "up do" for a formal event. When you go upstairs for your hair wash, you have the best view through large glass panels to the surrounding buildings and architecture. Highly recommend!

Worst experience… very very disappointed… I requested for a keratin treatment which actually adds up collagen with it and sums up to 85€ as per their brochure and a cut at the split ends for 62€ with all I paid around 157€ in total however I m a foreigner they just applied some cream on my hair waited for 10’mins then did a hair wash with that cut my ends and then blow dry with that they said Keratin treatment is done.The worst part is when blow dry was done by their colleague they asked what treatment have u done is it really Keratin… lol… funny… they themselves couldn’t identify. I already have a very silky hair by birth but after the product application I find my hair too dry and hard it lost its natural nourishing. When I questioned them they gave me a stupid explanation that my skin tone in brown, my hair is black of which the shining is not visible. When I questioned them did you add collagen they said no it’s does it not come with 85€… They summed up at the end asking Sorry Madame we don’t do lissage with Keratin in Europe nobody does keratin with lissage it’s banned here. A customer comes to your salon after several studies and research they don’t blindly go up with it explanation please be sensible that no where Keratin is done without lissage and it does not ends up with frizzy hair… stop fooling people… I m posting my pics before I did Keratin and after I did…lemme know the difference after my keratin treatment… highly not recommended money is secondary customer statisfaction is must, day by day is getting worse I don’t know what product they used it’s totally damaged and frizzy , also I clearly mentioned haircut carré they did something where my split ends still remain in my hair adding that photo too

1000% recommended!! :) On vacation in Paris, I saw this beautiful salon down the street from where I was staying. My French is terrible, so I walked past several times before I was brave enough to walk in. I’m so happy I did! They were able to help me in English and take me right in for a color and cut without a appointment. Everyone is so nice, and they are clearly highly skilled professionals dedicated to making sure their clients are cared for and the service is top notch. I’m usually worried about making hair changes, but I left everything to the recommendations of these pros. My hair is 7” shorter now and looks awesome! This has been such an amazing experience, and I have never felt so pampered and beautiful! I only wish I could make this my regular salon!!!!

I am super happy with the attention to detail and the final product of my coloring/haircut. It was such a great experience despite the fact that I speak very little (i.e. no) French, everyone was lovely and did their best to accommodate the language barrier. I got my color done by Giulia and cut/blow-out by Malika, they were both awesome! I even got some final touches done in the end by who I suppose is the senior hairdresser (owner?), which really made the whole hairstyle come together in an even better way than I'd anticipated and suits my personality perfectly! The prices also seem reasonable to me given the service and I'd definitely recommend the place/will come again!
