Great staff. I do not know French and still we were able to communicate and get a great haircut in the end. Great prices too for students. I needed to have a reservation probably because I went on a Saturday.

Hello, I had a terrible experience yesterday. I came to the salon in the morining to make an appointment. I asked the hairdresser for the price and she quoted 57 Euro and even showed it to me on the calculator. At 1600 I cam back The lady was rude but I let her finish the work, though she was time and again distracted by her son who asked questions and did not let her give attenetion to the clients The worst thing was that when I wanted to pay - she charged me for 74 Euro instead of 57 Euro quoted in the morning All my explanations did not help She yelled at me and I left paying much more than I was initially told. I felt I was CHEATED Beware!!!!!

I called and visited many hair salons on my trip to Paris, Art Coiff was amazing!! I highly recommend this salon. I visited many salons in paris but Art Coiff is the best! I sent everyone in travelling with to get their hair done here after having a bad experience at a different popular hair salon. so good!! Thank you!

I came across this salon while I was browsing for affordable salons in Paris for students. And I must say I wasn't wrong that I trusted the reviews. I visited Art Coiff for a hair cut without prior appointment, and even though I spoke next to no French, the ladies helped me out without any hesitation. I got a quick haircut, shampoo and straight blow drying in mere 30 minutes. I should've asked her name but I was busy forming sentences in French. ???? I would 100% recommend every student this salon. They are very kind. Thank you very much!

I spent several days searching for a place in Paris where I could get a haircut in English. Then I gave up and just went here without an appointment. I only know a few words in French, so I downloaded Google Translate to my phone so that I could communicate at least the basics. I was really nervous, but the women here were very welcoming and accommodating even though we didn't speak each other's language. A woman took my jacket to hang up, she gave me a quick hair wash / scalp massage, and then she cut my hair (combo of electric clippers and normal scissors). She also offered to gel it at the end. I paid 19€ on credit card, and then she seemed to really appreciate my 2€ cash tip. My hair looks great. P.S. If this review helped you, I'd love to hear it! This was my first time getting a haircut in a foreign country / language, and I'm glad it went as smoothly as it did!

Catastrophic. By far the worst haircut I have ever had. Don't know where to begin... felt like it was the first haircut the woman had ever given. Thought about leaving halfway through but the damage was done. I'm not a demanding customer or a prima donna - and I've never left a bad review before. It was that bad. AVOID THIS PLACE.
