I have to say with a heavy heart that I m very disappointed in the results. The professionals were very nice and we talked about all the limits my already previously darker colored hair has concerning going blonde, and I was very aware of that, so we decided to not color too close to the roots where the new hair is growing. At first, they didnt show me the back of the head after the coloring appointment and I was too distracted to ask so I went home. I was a bit shocked when I looked in the mirror and saw what you can see on the first picture (without white circle). I was truly unhappy about how it went from dark to light in a very harsh, unnatural manner, although the instructions were to make it as natural as possible. Maybe I judge too harshly, but you can see for yourself on the picture what you think of it. I called the salon telling them about the issue and I can honestly say they were very nice and offered me quickly to come by again, trying to rectify it, so no issue on that part. The second appointment I was a bit confused because they kept repeating that there must have been a misunderstanding of what I wanted, that it does not seem to be what I explained the day before, and that I should bring pictures, although I brought pictures of myself how I was blonde a few years back and we looked at a few together, telling them I wish to build up to that lighter color again. In any way, I dont blame if there was a misunderstanding, it happens. But even so, I think the execution was unfortunately pretty poor, no matter the instructions. Now after the corrections, (which Im very grateful that they took the time for that) they showed me the back of the head, which was better but still not really good. There was a big blonde streak which she also noticed, and said we could even this out a bit. I was too shocked to say anything when she took out the thinning sheers and cut chunks of my hair to "lighten" the blonde streak. I have never seen anything like this and I don't feel this is the professional response to this issue, and I already have thin hair, so this was hard to watch. You can see on the second picture where she cut my hair, and where I now have a noticeably shorter shunk. Additionally, this is the final coloring result. Still pretty patchy and uneven I have a hard time writing this because they were all so nice and I liked them a lot. The explanations they gave me where very clear and I enjoyed my time there. I just unfortunately can't with a good conscience let someone else pay 140+ euro hoping for a good balayage without having seen my results first and draw their own conclusions. A color can be corrected at some point, but the hair that she cut will take months to grow back. I know they are professionals... but I had enough different balayages from different salons to know what it's supposed to look like, I'm really sorry. I hope this will not be taken the wrong way but it is unfortunately what it is. Best wishes et bonne continuation

Je suis allée dans ce salon pour la première fois aujourd’hui, après avoir été ratée chez un autre coiffeur. Toute l’équipe a été très accueillante, de bons conseils et Elodie qui m’a coiffée a réussi à rattraper ma coupe, et s’est toujours assurée que je sache ce qu’elle allait faire et que je sois d’accord. Je suis sortie heureuse et je sais que je me ferai maintenant coiffer ici. Merci :)

Je suis désolée mais énorme déception pour moi, j'y suis allée car je suis fatiguée de me couper les cheveux toute seule, étant ancienne coiffeuse. J'ai demandé un dégradé avec une nuque creusée, je me retrouve avec un dégradé en sens inverse style années 80... La coiffure est une histoire de géométrie, il est grand temps de le comprendre. J'ai payé 45 euros déjà pour un shampooing on ne peut plus banal et une coupe que je n'ai pas demandée. Si je ne regarde que la coupe en elle-même c'était bien coupé mais pas du tout ce que j ai demandé et montré en photo. Donc je viens de me couper les cheveux et de rattraper au maximum et de perdre 45 euros. La journée a été éprouvante.... Heu photo et nuque creusée, je ne vois pas comment expliquer mieux que ca.... je ne sais pas si c'est mieux sur les réseaux ou de pleurer devant le nombre de clients qu il y avait.... si je dis mon contentement je suis une chieuse et sur les réseaux je suis une lâche...

Christelle et Aurore nous ont accompagné avec nos témoins pour nos coiffures de mariées/invités qui étaient sublimes. Son équipe au salon a également coiffé nos invités. Tous étaient ravis du résultat qui a tenu jusqu'au lendemain matin. C'était un moment de partage où Christelle et Aurore étaient à l'écoute de nos attentes, elles ont su nous sublimer et rendre ce moment convivial et inoubliable. Merci encore c'était parfait !
