    I arrived at the salon in a desperate state, a hairdresser back home ruined my hair and I had an orange band in the front. Raphael checked my hair and him and Sandra managed to find a solution to sort it out. I walked out a Happy customer and full of smiles as I could look at myself again in the mirror and not feel horrified ????. Sandra was amazing, she calmed me down and promised that she could try and do her best to sort out the situation. This salon is highly recommended.

    I went to this salon because in there instagram page it is mentioned that they speak English But to my surprise they refused to speak English. Only Sophie speaks decent English and she is really nice and soft spoken. End result of basic haircut and colour was good. I am happy because I could finally get a haircut after 1 yr. I actually tried to speak with the hairdresser in my broken french and we could communicate a little. Because I was actually there in salon for almost three hours. How could I just sit there silent. I really wanted some advice and get a new transformation of hair cut and colour but I received little cold response and no advice at all. So I ended up getting my usual haircut and balayage. Thanks to some pictures I already had for reference. I actually booked the most expensive package 120 euros to get advice on my hair transformation and colour. But It ended up everything the way I wanted with my all internet research but ofcourse I am not at all hair expert thats why I went there. Only thing I didn't like the blowdry it was so super hot that my scalp couldn't bear it. Overall good people , ambience but quiet expensive. I was billed for the products which were applied but I was not informed that I will charged extra for it. So my bill was quiet high. But I was asked all the time if I am okie.

    I stopped in Authentic to make an appointment, worried a little since I don't speak French. Pascal responded in English, and my appointment was made for the next week. With an early morning appointment, I was the only customer and received great attention and care, and left with the best haircut I'd had in almost a year! Thank you Pascal!

    Merci à Authentic et plus particulièrement à Sandra pour la coupe, le soin et le sublime balayage. Cela fait déjà plusieurs années que je confie mes cheveux à Sandra et je n'ai jamais été déçue. Elle sait être à l'écoute des envies tout en prodiguant ses conseils de professionnelle. Mention spéciale au massage crânien ! A très vite pour de nouvelles aventures capillaires

    Très bonne expérience! Les coiffeurs sont tous très gentils et Arnaud, qui m’a coiffée, a bien pris le temps d’écouter et de respecter ma demande, de faire les soins, la coupe et le brushing. Très satisfaite et contente du résultat! Une prestation de qualité, je recommande fortement! ????????
