I visited Montecino last week in hopes they could help me fix a hair coloring gone wrong. Not only did they fix the problem, but they completely transformed my hair! Even with my broken French I was able to communicate well with the stylists and they were very kind with me. There was also a stylist who spoke English and was able to translate whenever there were any language barriers. The vibe is very calming and relaxing, and they even have a dog at the salon which was a pleasant surprise! Overall a great experience and I hope to come back again soon!

One of my best friends left the salon crying after the manager called her a very inappropriate and offensive name. She has been using Aveda for years and came to Paris to get her hair done. They told her the price over the phone then when they finished the treatment they tried to charge more. She is not French, and the manager treated her very poorly, yelling and screaming and calling her names. I live in France and I am so embarrassed and sad she had this experience. Please avoid. There are much nicer salons out there.

Aveda Montecino is honestly the best salon experience I’ve ever had. The staff is so kind and talented that I was not nervous at all to color my hair for the first time! And with Hugo, I knew I’d be in good hands. Hugo did a great job with the balayage, I’m so happy with how it looks! I also did the deep treatment and it was incredible. I 100% recommend coming here.

However, the owner of Montecino takes unbelievable care of his clients and pays attention to every detail, making it a salon I highly recommend. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The atmosphere of the salon is beautiful and relaxing, putting me at ease immediately. The owner took the time to listen to my needs and desires, working with me to create a hairstyle that perfectly complemented my features. His attention to detail was impeccable, ensuring that every cut was precise and perfect. What really sets Montecino apart from other salons is the owner's approach to hairdressing. It's not just a quick cut, he takes the time to analyze every detail and ensures that no other hairdresser will ever be able to redo the same. As someone who is very precise and doesn't settle easily for a hairdresser, I was blown away by the final result. I walked out feeling like a new person. In fact, I love Montecino so much that I travel all the way from Amsterdam just to have my hair cut by him. That's how confident I am in the quality of service I will receive. Whether you're in need of a day at the spa, a make-over or just a touch-up, I highly recommend considering Montecino. You won't find a better hairdressing experience anywhere else in Paris.

This salon is unacceptable. First, they never take phone. And, I asked to color my hair with dark brown, but they coloured black by insisting this is brown. Also, they do not even have catalogue of colours. They refuse to revisit with very late response on emails. I'm astonished that prestigious brand can be so un professional. I highly urge not to go to this salon.

Barbara (haircut, blow-dry) and Carmene (colorist) both did outstanding and professional jobs, listening to what I wanted and following through with confidence, experience and care. The salon itself is very nice and the overall experience from start to finish was very pampering and lovely. I was so happy to find an Aveda Salon in Paris. I highly recommend!
