What a horrible experience! We took an appointment for our 11 month old son. The appointment was with Julie but it seems like someone else cut his hair. It was supposed to be for 30 minutes but she was so quick to rush us after 10 minutes. His hair was not cut evenly and even after my wife told her she kept to argue. The place wasn’t clean either the seats were full of hair. Really disappointed as it was our son’s first experience at the hair salon.

This is the second time I brought my three-year-old son here for a haircut. He likes the car chair very much. Even if he was often out of control, Zarema could still make a haircut that my mother-in-law highly praised.

It was my daughter’s first experience in a salon and she loved it. The place has everything for a child to enjoy getting their haircut. Zarema was simply great, she kept us entertained and meanwhile made an excellent haircut. Highly recommend this salon. We live in another town, yet will definitely come here next time!

I have a negative experience with the hairdresser. When I communicated my daughter's natural hair parting is slightly to the left, not in the middle, it's disappointing that she reacted with discontent, impatient and unprofessional manners ????. Additionally, my daughter's shirt collar and back ended up getting wet during the hair wash. A simple apology or acknowledgment of the situation would have been a considerate gesture, but she didn’t offer an apology ???? Overall, the hairdresser lacked friendliness and professionalism when handling my simple request. The lack of apology for the wet shirt collar and coat further adds to the overall disappointment of the experience. The salon’s overall setting is cute and friendly to kids, but I think it’s important for businesses to be aware of customer feedback to address any shortcomings in their customer service and improve the overall customer experience.

Very good hair cut for my son. The room could be cleaner, but it was nice for them to offer a gift to the kid afterwards. I give a medium rating because I find it a little bit pricey for the time spent.

Beautiful place for children! All is made for them. The team is professional (Zarema especially). I live in Orgeval but I come every times at Bambino.
