    I loved the place, the staff very friendly and nice.. Thank you Ella, Erik ✨I love how they changed my hair color to lovable color, and for the nails I’d like to say thank you Linh for professional work. Every time I visit Paris definitely I will come to the BIGUINE ✨

    Amazing treatment here today. I’m from the US and needed my hair and nails done and they triple teamed me and got me in and out quickly and we’re more thorough than anybody in the US. Ella gave me beautiful French curls. Go see her for a wonderful style. Tina & Jaqueline did amazing nails. They won’t disappoint!!

    I was literally scammed. I came asking to ONLY wash and dry my hair. The lady apparently decided to call this a brushing because the comb was used for literally 3 minutes while drying my hair although this is nothing like a brushing and I didn’t ask for a brushing anyway. Not only this, but they also charged an extra 20 euros for “long hair” (which I understand jn the case a real brushing was done). I ended up paying 70 euros just to wash my hair although the catalog said 6 euros for “shampoo only”. I asked them again but none of the staff cooperated. Don’t go there.

    Victor cut my hair and styled it . It was a pleasant experience and I really liked how big and open the place was . Kim did my manicure and she was very patient .

    Hi It was the least pleasant hairdresser experience in my life. Yes, the cut is fine. However, I do not have the slightest feeling that my hair has been taken care of. My hair is just shorter now. I did not even have time to realise my hair was already cut. I think in total it was 2-3 minutes the cutting itself. My hair was cut all at once by a line - not strand by strand. And unfortunately the hairdresser I had was not an inspired hairdresser - no passion for what she does - she was someone who just cuts - with no involvement. She did not care. I had to ask everything myself - how much she recommends to cut considering my hair condition for example, and actually she did not even show how long my hair will be on me - because I forgot to ask it by myself - so I just saw the length when it was already cut. I didn’t feel any professional eye taking care of me. On top of that, in the very beginning, after washing my hair and installing me in the chair for the cut - she asked me if I was late - I replied “no” - so then she told me she is going to wash hair of somebody else (while there are other free hairdressers at this moment) and that I wait for 5 minutes - I asked if nobody else could do it instead of her - she said “no”. So I really did not understand such a thing at a supposedly fancy salon. I paid 100€ , but honestly do not understand for what. Sadly, not the best experience for me. And I do not wish to come back to this place. Btw, the hairdresser was Ella. And it was pretty confusing, as she tried to seem nice, but she was not in fact - it felt not pleasant.

    The best Nail Salon in paris i did my nails with Kim shes the best they’re so professional and fast and very detailed on the nalis they never in a rush also they leave you happy with the results as always thank you so much

    Amazing experience and had the best haircut and style with Mylene. Definitely recommend coming and getting your hair done here! Will be back next year!
