I was a tourist visiting Paris 2 weeks ago and I went to “Brush Me” to style my hair. I was satisfied with the work the lady did, but I was overcharged! I was quoted €30 for shampooing, conditioning and styling when I booked online, and when I was checking out, the two gentlemen went back and forth and discussed for a minute or two, and then told me I had to pay €45! When I asked why I was being overcharged, one of the them said because the hairstylist applied hair mask on my hair. She definitely applied something on my hair after shampooing (which assumably was conditioner and a part of the package, not a hair mask). Even if it was mask, I should have been asked if I was willing to pay an extra €15 for that product. Not a great experience! Felt being fooled! REPLY TO THE OWNER’S REPLY: Thank you for the reply but you are absolutely wrong. I booked for “SHOULDER-LONG” hair, and got the quote for €30. Moreover, you did not say the length of my hair being the reason I was charged extra. You mentioned “hair mask” for paying more, which I do not find a good reason. YOU SHOULD HAVE ASKED ME if I wanted to have hair mask. But that’s OK, I even tipped the hairdresser lady! Just to mind you: Honesty is the key to success in business, especially if you run a hair salon business in Paris, the city of style and fashion! Thank you for your time.

This used to be my favourite salon. Showed up for my appointment and the salon was closed, no one picked up the phone. I waited for 20 minutes and after calling 3 times, I left. It was my birthday hair appointment so I waited outside for nothing on my birthday, what a joke. This is just unprofessional on so many levels. I will not be back, unfortunately.

Love BrushMe Paris so much!! They did a great job blowdrying and styling my hair and they were so lovely to work with. As a native New Yorker who gets blow dry's often I HIGHLY recommend this place!!

Salon fermé alors que nous avons pris 2 rendez-vous à 15h30 un samedi en plein après midi via Treatwell. Faux numéro de téléphone sur la porte et site internet. Finalement une femme sort après avoir toqué à la porte. Elle n’a pas connaissance de nos rendez-vous et nous envoie bouler lorsque nous demandons remboursement car elle ne peut pas effectuer la prestation. Nous attendons toujours notre remboursement de la part de Treatwell. Scandaleux, ce salon est une arnaque. a fuir !
