    Joseph is the best hairdresser I've ever had. He's really nice and attentive and very professional. The place is also very cosy and cool. I've been there for about four times trying different haircuts and all of them came out great. I definitely go to this place to cut my hair as long as I'm living in Lyon.

    I have been looking for a hair salon, after my stylist of 15 years in Lyon retired. Having tried a few places with expensive middle-of-the-road results, I decided to roll the dice again and try Lucie Pham. It's a small owner-owned salon, near Ampere Victor Hugo. Everything is modern and new at this little salon. I got the perfect cut, and the color is just right! I feel wonderful. It's really amazing what a good cut and color can do to boost the way a person feels. Thank you, Lucie!

    I’m an American student in Lyon for the winter and I’m also a platinum blonde. From the reviews, I knew there was an English speaking stylist. I went ahead and booked an appointment which was very easy! The location was easy to find off the bus as well. The salon was very clean, cozy and the shampoo bowls are outrageously comfortable! They have a massager in them. They offer a full range of services, comparable in price and service to the US. My stylist was Joseph. His English is very good and he understood everything I was worried about and had to say. He’s very calming and very sweet! My hair was starting to turn brassy and I needed a bleach root retouch, tone and cut. I ended up adding a hair masque since my ends are terribly dry. The price was VERY reasonable IMO. They did a great job toning my hair, which is very scary when you’re a light blonde. Came out cool toned, grey/blonde that I love. The trim was also great. For the rest of my time in Lyon, I’ll only be going to Joseph and Lucie Pham. Don’t hesitate :). Thank you guys!

    Pleasant experience, was give a tea upon arrival. I was pleased with the haircut, however she cut it when my hair was dry, so it it wasn't entirely even. She also gave an amazing head message. I recommend it if you're needing some time for relaxation.

    I went to this salon with high hopes based on google reviews, I’m not a hair stylist ????????‍♀️ but i do a lot of research and I’ve been to a lot of salons , i asked for a bayalge and i got an ombre , the tone of my hair is yellow to orange ???? i told the stylist that my hair looks yellow, he said Its because of the light ????‍♀️ So we went out and he made me take a look out side , but still the same , i asked for layers in my hair cut ????????‍♀️ and I’ve got a straight hair cut with only on layer shorter than the whole hair length ????, also i asked for a pink layer underneath the back side my head , it looked cool but the pink was coming out every time i sweat at the gym ????. Things that should have been done, the bleach should had a bind protector like olaplex , and after the bleaching process there should be a good quality hair conditioning mask ( my hair is burnt and fragile now ????) , and the toner that was used should have been different. As for the hospitality, it was good ????

    Was in Lyon for a wedding and on a whim walked into Lucie's salon. I had gotten a balayage a few months prior in another location, which turned out too blonde for my taste, and was looking for a place in France to re-do my color. I was lucky enough to get Lucie as my hairdresser without an appointment. She turned my hair from bleh to amazing in a matter of a few hours. I'm excited with the end results and love the color of my new hair. Thank you!

    Good service. Nice staff. Relaxing surrounding. I especially enjoy the hair wash after the haircut : they have a skillful lady who would message your head; hot towel, nice parfum shampoo and everything

    Wonderful service I would highly recommend especially english locals . Joseph was my stylist , he was very professional and made sure I was happy with my hair cut . I will be sure to go back and get my color done here.
