After the second visit I felt compelled to write a review. I am rather picky because I have the pick of the litter in Chicago. When I moved to Orleans I needed somewhere and my wife said let's try Carpy. To my surprise, it was perfect. Both times we have had such a pleasant all around experience. From the polite friendly greeting and drinks to the shampooing and then the cutting and style. Benoit is really an amazing stylist. I showed a picture of what I wanted he did it.... But actually way better. It is honestly better than anywhere I had my hair done in Chicago. Both times my wife and I have came out with smiles on our faces and a fresh new look on our heads. 5 Stars is not enough! Highly recommended!

Not at all satisfied my haircut ????♀️ . extremely careless . But if you didn’t understand my need you could have asked me or discussed with me before cutting the hair right . You cut so fast and even during the cut I asked you about it . I have sent an email kindly respond to that . It’s not about just shortening the hair but the layer cut you did doesn’t look good . That’s why I am totally unsatisfied .

Thank you, thank you! Benoit and Lea are AMAZING - my cut and color are perfect. ???? I left all the decisions up to the professionals and they gave me even more than I imagined. Je suis retournée dans ce salon pour mon deuxième ombré. C'est toujours un plaisir ! L’équipe prend en compte les besoins de ses clients. Le prix peut être onéreux pour certains mais il est totalement justifié au vu que la qualité de la prestation. Encore merci !
