I love this Studio so much it's my favourite one in Paris!!! I got my hair coloured in pink for the second time hear and they always do such an amazing job. Benjamin knows exactly what he is doing and gives great advice on how to care for your hair and style it. He cuts your hair so it looks perfect, I got a Mullet the last time I was there and I could not be happier. Thank you sooo much and see you soon!

1. My appointment was for a - scissors cut and - colour regrowth package (60€), to match my blonde ends. I booked online with Benjamin as I know he speaks English. I had my haircut before with him, and I was happy with this previous result. 2. This time I was not so happy. Once seated in the chair, it was clear Benjamin was not dealing with me and handed me over to his colleague Julian before leaving the studio. Julian was nice but could not understand me well. I had been very specific with Benjamin before he rushed off, I asked for the regrowth to match the blonde and to avoid any ginger tones. 3. In the end, I did not come out blonde, but indeed an obvious ginger. They ended up charging me 83€ and not the original 60€ fee. 4. I had gone back to them 2 days later to discuss the results and hopefully come to a compromise. It was clear Benjamin was not willing to meet me halfway or accept any fault, pointing out that the blonde picture I showed him was the colour I received. Okay, different perspective, but I asked for the regrowth to match the current blond hence the “colour regrowth package”. 5. He then explained that I required bleaching to achieve the full blonde. (If this was the case, he should have expressed this on day one, being he is the “professional”). His solution was to bleach, colour, and tone for another 83€, claiming it was already "discounted". Disappointed, I decided to accept the situation and made a second appointment with him the following week. 6. I did some homework and found that many barbers and salons were offering the same deal at similar prices. So, he was not offering me any discount. I returned to his studio for the appointment, and before starting I discussed what I learnt. I explained that I understood his offer was indeed fair but charging the customer twice for the same task is unfair. At least there should be a compromise. His behavior seemed to be odd as he disappeared under the counter as if to take a breath. 7. He immediately decided he no longer wanted to deal with me and offered to give me a cheque if I came back the following day to collect it. Of course, at this point I felt it was no longer in my best interest to keep dealing with him either and accepted. To me his attitude was very unprofessional and unfriendly. 8. The following day, I returned to the studio to collect this cheque. Again, his attitude towards me was unwelcoming. Instead he decided to refund me 50€ in cash. 9. To me he was dishonest about his discount; his attitude was unprofessional when speaking with me and was not willing to accept fault where fault was due. Happy customers mean return business, which means return income. I will not be recommending Catwalk Hair Studio to anyone again in the future.

The place was so cool. I felt comfortable and everyone was so nice. I was worried about the language barrier but luckily they speak english. They gave me exactly what I wanted and it was done really well. I found nothing wrong with the studio at ALL. I loved being there.
