Very lovely salon. The people were friendly and helpful, even with my terrible french. They listen to your idea and explain their plan for your hair. The result was lovely even with the leftover color that was already on my hair. They also were open to working a bit later to help with my work schedule. Great Salon!

I walked randomly into this salon this past fall after moving to Paris and was treated to the most amazing experience ever. They are extremely welcoming and I won’t reveal all of the little special things they do so you can be surprised when you experience it yourself! I have returned at least 4 times and their service and friendliness is consistently excellent. My French is a work in progress but I am always treated kindly and it makes it easy to just say “yes” when Charlene asks if she can cut and color my hair how she would like! Everyone speaks at least a little English and Neha is a lovely assistant who is very fluent if you happen to need a little extra translation. I have always left extremely happy with my hair and I highly recommend this salon. Prices are very reasonable for Paris and even compared to the US. This would be a great place to go if you are visiting and want a really French experience-and I am pretty sure this place is unique and special to Paris as well. Do allow yourself more time than an American appointment-enjoy the environment and relax-you’ll be glad you did!

Charlene was truly wonderful. She did an amazing job with my hairstyle. I truly appreciated the time she spent on consulting with me for the best hairstyle. Neha, who assisted with my hair, was also genuinely kind and attentive.

Some pluses: nice salon, professional staff, a place for a relaxing time (if you have the time). Some minuses: expensive, the owner constantly criticises her staff in front of clients with little remarks (which stresses me out), and it sometimes feels like the owner is trying to force her more conservative style on clients, rather than adapting to what they want. And although I understand salons have to do this sometimes, I am not a fan of feeling like I am constantly being pushed to buy things (hair products, skin products, extra services that I don't need).

I have been in the city for a while and have tried finding a salon via instagram and local app called Treatwell - I happened to walk by and then saw the google reviews so walked in. The staff was so friendly from the moment I entered the salon. Top-notch service. I wish salons back home (LA) would be this premier. Fair price for the wonderful job done. My hairdresser was Celine - who was a sweetheart and did am amazing job with my hair- it was brittle from a last colorist - she brought it back to life with a new cut and color. Very happy and hope you come in if you are considering stylists in Paris!

While it can be scary for a non-French speaker to walk into a hair dresser, I was welcomed warmly. The shampoo and scalp massage dissolved a stressful month. The scientific experiment to determine which hair treatment was required was charming. The stylist intuitively knew what I needed in a chopping owning more to her experience and skill than my broken French or her better English. I left the salon looking younger and beautified

This is the most wonderful woman in the entire world. She knows how to color, cut and advise you so that YOU feel happy. She always makes you feel welcome and at home, she is full of ideas and genuinely want the best for you. She makes that effort every time. It can be so difficult because we are all different but for me it works every time. I always leave satisfied. It is worth a visit.

The team at Charlene Ramon not only made me feel pampered, but were professional & spoke English so I knew there wouldn’t be confusion about what I wanted done. In the end I walked away with one of my favorite hairstyles of my life! I couldn’t be happier and will definitely go back when I’m in Paris next.
