    English speaking people- BEWARE. This might have been the WORST experience i have ever had in a hair salon and i felt like they really were trying to take advantage of me being American. Stylist was rude and made no efforts to make me feel at ease. I was pressured into tipping by the front desk lady. Yes, i know that sounds very dramatic, but it was quite ridiculous and obviously because they think “that’s what Americans do”. Well guess what, I’m not even American, i just lived there for a very long time. And I’m happy to tip if my experience is pleasant and the person does a good job. Not the opposite, which is what this was. I was charged full price for my haircut, even though i had already paid partially when i made an online reservation (when i questioned it, the front desk lady told me this wasn’t an actual charge and full payment was due now. Well, she lied and i paid more than what I was supposed to. I didn’t add any additional services, not even a blow dry). My haircut was unbalanced and very heavy on the bottom. No layers, which is what i asked for. I had to get it fixed at a proper salon where they shook their head when they saw my cut. Please save yourself the misery and go somewhere else where they appreciate your business. I have never written a bad review before, but I felt incredibly disappointed by how i was treated here.

    Let do this correctly then. When I went to consult about the color, everything is just fine. When starting the process that where the nightmare starts. The hairdresser's skill is doubtful, keep pulling my hair when combing and washing it. The attitude of the server is even worst, due to his amateur skills, I have been asking to stand up and sit down multiple times without even being asked politely, No please, no thanks you, nothing! All this happened, just because he have no idea how to use their own machine. I think you should go to take some manner classes to improve your politeness. This is not how you treat your client. That's not the worst, I have been put up with above all terrible service. However, when seeing the results of what I had put myself into, it was totally and absolutely not worth it. I MEAN NOT AT ALL. Telling them this is not what I imagine and expected, guess what, They start to yelled at me. I have to go to another dedicated skilled hair salon to undone what the disaster you have done and get the proper hair color. So Yes, follow on my experience, you did not deserve this price, your price should be equal to your service and skills, which I think not a dime would suits you. :) And correct, I only left comment when I think people should know the truth about the shop, sadly your tiny salon is one of them. Seeing how you reply to clients, just again proven that I am right. You should learn your mistake and thinking how to improve your tiny shop, instead of using verbal aggression. What kind of shop will tell the customer that " People don't care what you think" ? You guys really need some manner classes for sure. Good job guys!

    Je vais dans ce salon depuis plusieurs années et je n’ai jamais été déçue. Les prestations sont parfaites et sont toujours comme ce que je souhaite réaliser. Balayage, gloss, coupe, soin tokio tout est top. L’équipe est très gentille et pleine de bon conseil. Foncez si vous cherchez un bon coiffeur !
