Although I am satisfied with the end result, I do not think that the level of price advertised is justified in relation to the quality of the services received. Tried to make an appointment via Hotel Lyon Metropole and on Facebook also. Firstly, the hotel declined to make this appointment to me, because it is a "private business", but the main advert on the hotel website it is the salon and their facilities. I thought I had an appointment when i contacted via Facebook, when unsuccessfully the hotel staff didn't help me. When I got there at the salon, I find out I didn't had the appointment. The man in the salon it was very polite and kind. He accepted me to do my hair colour on the root only. I travelled from England to France to have my hair cut and dye because I came for that reason and I planned months ahead. To do only root colour, I can do by myself and I wouldn't travelled from the UK to Lyon only for root colour. I am really disappointed . I didn't mind to pay expensive price, but i was expected my hair cut and a proper hair dye. Therefore I will give only 2 stars.

C’est un salon où il est agréable de venir se faire coiffer. Il y a une bonne ambiance et ça se ressent. Coline, Bahaa et Christian sont au top ! Je suis toujours bien coiffée lorsque je sors du salon.

Je recommande fortement ce salon de coiffure , c’est la deuxième fois que je mis rend pour un soin haïr spa sur les bons conseils de monsieur Bondis Christian et je suis très satisfaite de la prestation, mes cheveux sont tout simplement réparés et en bonne santé et ce sur la durée :) De plus l’accueil est au rendez-vous, l’équipe est souriante , agréable et surtout professionnelle. Le salon est d’une propreté irréprochable et très sympa . Un véritable plaisir pour moi d’allée dans ce salon. Allez-y les yeux fermés.

Comblée du résultat !! Je recommande vivement ce salon, le personnel est vraiment accueillant et professionnel. Je suis venue pour rattraper un carnage capillaire et le coiffeur qui s’est occupé de moi (Bahaa) a rattrapé ça à merveille je suis très contente.
