The hair stylist is nice and attentive. The outcome is good but very different from the photo I showed. I booked a balayage (including cut) appointment at 140~ euros. At the cashier, I was charged over 300 euros for bleaching, lowlight color and cut separately. I don’t understand why my dark hair got almost fully bleached and then lowlight - they each count for the price of a balayage - instead of highlights directly. I consulted a Chinese customer service person later, who was terrible and had poor knowledge of the treatment process, saying that Japanese stylists charge 100 euros per hour.

The stylist who cut my hair is unprofessional, my hair is totally out of shape after that. The dye they use for hair colouring is so bad in quality that my hair became so brittle and dry, and a lot of fallen hair for the whole month. I booked the cut and colouring for 130 eur, and they charged me 150 eur in the end. Do not recommend.

I have my hair cut here since almost one year ago, and from then I only come to Cissor O’sola to make my hair style. The service is great, quality assured, very good haircut skill and smiled service. In a word, this barbershop is 100% recommended in Paris if you want to make a new fashion look of yourself.

Honestly I feel a little scammed by the whole situation today. I was told that this place has wonderful Japanese hairstylists and I saw the results from some of my friends, but when I arrived, I was serviced by a Vietnamese person who clearly had some training but very little experience and kept trying to upsell me even when she seemed not to have any idea what she's talking about. She tried to upsell my shampoo claiming my hair is greasy (Ive never has greasy hair). When I didn't want to, she would ask me questions like how often do you wash your hair with no real point beyond wanting me to know my hair is greasy. She kept putting my hair in my face to see how she wants to cut it, and you can tell from her face she is just doing it as a performance. She then said, oh your hair is damaged, we should cut it all off, except it was not damaged, it was just leftover color from my last dye job. After I told her I don't want it short, she managed to cut most of it off anyway. While she cutting my hair she asked me if I have ever permed my hair. I answered yes when I was little, she gave no response. Why did you ask? You cut my hair so short you think of should now perm it? Then when she was done with my hair and the cut is clearly not good, she then tried to blow dry my hair in really weird ways like make my bangs stick out?! She also tried to upsell me on getting a manicure while my hair was being cut which turned out to be a terrible idea since it was impossible. I think this place does have good stylists, but just be very careful who you end up with.

It is a bit pricy for the guy than usually what they pay to cut the hair. 38 euros for short hair. But I would say it is worthy it. The Japanese woman cut my hair today and she was very cautious and try to catch all the details. And the detail touch does make a difference. I could see even though it is not visible part since it is covered by other part of hair, she try to make everything as it supposed to be. I was satisfied.

First of all I would like to recommend the Japanese hairdresser, she was super nice and skillful. During the whole process she was trying her best to communicate with me despite of me not speaking French/Japanese and her inability of English. The reason why I gave only 1 star was totally bcoz of the terrible attitude of the boss lady. I made it clear I want to have a haircut, but when I sit down she recommended to do coloring, after I refused it she commented now my hair color looks too ugly. Same again, when I refused her suggestion of hair style, she got very impatient and grumpy, even spoke bad about me to the hairdresser IN FRONT OF ME in Japanese, bc she thought I couldn’t understand. Later she just left without a conclusion by herself with knowing me and the hairdresser couldnt communicate, saying I could choose ONLY between two options on the brochure. That was just RIDICULOUS. I have never been to a place that offers the ‘service’ in such a way. Definitely do not recommend this place to anyone!!! 听朋友介绍来的，来之前发现老板娘是中国人立刻觉得找对地方了。 首先要说，日本妹子剪的很好。人非常nice和耐心。在语言不通的情况下坚持和我交流，最后出来的效果我是满意的。 给一星完全因为老板娘。服务态度差得惊人。在我拒绝她补染或者挑染的提议之后，帮我选了一个杨幂五年前的发型，我觉得很boring不想要。她就再也没有给出过别的选择了，对于我所有的提议她在没有和我仔细讨论的时候就一律说，剪完效果如果不好不赖她们。 中途因为定不下来甚至用日语和理发妹子吐槽以为我听不懂！！被妹子制止了。一个老板娘如此不懂做人还要理发小妹教她我真是呵呵了。 最后因为沟通没有结果她直接甩下一句你要么剪这个要么那个然后就走了。我的妈呀你当自己是上帝吗？？我来付给你钱剪头发还要你告诉我我只能剪哪个发型？？最后还是理发妹子和我靠着谷歌翻译沟通定下来的。 反正我是肯定不会再去的。巴黎的妹子我知道你们选择不多，找到一个靠谱的不容易，祝大家好运吧。
