I went to get touch up on November 2nd and did a balayage with a colorist named Gwen. He seemed in a hurry and did a terrible job. I also found a piece of glass in my tea that ended up in my mouth ????When I told them about it, they did nothing! Not even an apology. If J had swallowed it, it could have been very bad. The incident was followed by the horrible balayage ???? C’est très dommage, j’adorais ce salon.

Gift voucher from Wonderbox lead me to this Coiff1rst salon. Very welcoming team. My hairdresser, Charlotte, was dynamic, nice, and did what I expected to my hair. The salon is on the pricy side but I would go there again to update my hair.

I was charged 95 Euros for a merely 10 minutes haircut and a scratch on my face ! Because the « expert » stylist was rushing between clients, and obviously 95 euros is not enough for his full attention and a professional hair cut . Terrible skills, lousy service and OVERPRICED! Your hair and your dignity deserve better treatment.
