I had a really great visit here while on vacation in Nice. It was one of the best pedicures i had in my life, and I also did a Tokyo hair treatment that made my hair look great. I did balayage/ombre with Jennifer. She is an absolute delight, very kind and cooperative. I booked through Planity (i booked the wrong treatment since the app is in french but Jennifer was so chill about it told me not to worry its sorted) I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment it was during her break and she was still having her coffee, instead of telling to come back she was hospitable and offered to make me coffee (i decided to come back and give her some time). Upon arriving, she listened to what i wanted then advised me how to meet it in the middle (since what i wanted was quite extreme) Explaining why and clarified if during the process my hair was responsive she can work towards achieving what I wanted. I must say so much respect on not over promising and setting expectations just right. My treatment took approx 4 hours throughout she was smiling although I can see it is tiring, kept checking if I am okay if I wanted water or tea. (Her hair massage is divine yes i slept a little) When the final result came I was truly impressed I have showed this photo to many hairdressers before and they never came close to it. Jennifer did a work of art, she really set expectations high I wish she would move to Saudi or Dubai to be more accessible. Thank you Jennifer, a true Picasso (like you colleague said)

Ruined my hair so bad whenever I look at myself I feel like crying this haircut has ruined my life and made me feel so ugly I can’t even look at myself. DO NOT go here your hair will be ruined. If I could give them below one star I would.
