    I’m sure the salon has some fantastic braiders, ((from what I saw online)) but whoever did my hair was NOT it. My braider was extremely rough, breaking my hair with the comb just ripping my hair out.. she braided some loose strands that belonged to a different braid, and just snapped the hairs so that they wouldn’t be connected. THIS IS MY NATURAL HAIR! She let me leave her chair with loops of hair sticking out of the braids. I had a very important shoot to do the next day and I am just disappointed that I spent money on a service that was painful, careless and not exactly what I asked for. It’s okay to turn down clients or suggest we wait for another braider who can execute the style properly. I came home and my man said that my 3 week braids I took out looked better than my fresh ones done here at the salon?? ???? However, I will say the boss man there was very kind.

    I was warmly received by the staff. Although the language was a challenge, they had other staff members who spoke English. I am very satisfied with the work they have done and will come back again all the way from Norway.

    Horrible, horrible customer service, I went once for a weave install and the hairdresser burned my face and did not receive any genuine apologies whatsoever, second time I went to get my wig custom made, first of all they make you pay beforehand and then give you a fake waiting time, I got to the salon at 11am and the receptionist assured me that it would take only two hours to make the wig but I ended up waiting for 6 hours and still the wig was not finished so I had to come back the next day and the wig was so poorly made, the cap was too big for my head and I communicated this and no cared, I paid 150€ for such a poor service. I find Desmond to be a really nice person but you need to fix your customer service, customers deserve outstanding customer service regardless but especially when they pay such big amounts.

    The only RIGHT address in Paris if you want to slay your hair, from wig, to sew ins, tapes and everything you can imagine. Plus Desmond is an amazing person and the salon is on fleek! I strongly recommend! ☺️
