DO NOT GO - Asked for balayage and also asked if it was possible to be finished before 12h, I was assured it would be. Not only did they not wash the colour off till 12h15 but the hairdresser also did Mèche so it was completely wrong. I had my French hairdresser in london call to explain how it was supposed to be done and the hairdresser in dessange still managed to mess it up, my hair is snapping off, it’s yellow and orange and completely different to any picture I showed him. When I asked for a refund I was met with a client shouting at me telling me to go back to my country and get an appointment even though I was there for 7 hours that exact day - the owner had obviously told her I hadn’t had my hair done there. I paid €385 for broken yellow and orange hair, and verbal abuse. Since the previous employees left a year ago, it is absolutely not worth the name on the door. I lost a whole day of work plus had to cancel a huge interview for work and dessange knew the necessity for this to be right and have absolutely destroyed my hair. You’d be better off with a box dye at home than go here.

BE CAREFUL with the price!! Whilst the haircuts are good, the price is never as quoted and this seems to be a recurring problem. My latest haircut, I had a written quote for 280 but was charged 327 and on another occasion I was quoted 180 but charged 241, both times I didn't ask for a conditioning treatment or head massage. Both my daughters went there and were also overcharged. I won't be going back as it seems to be part of their business model to always overcharge.

I needed to get my grey roots covered before a friends wedding next weekend, so I booked an appointment with Vahan, based solely on the many positive reviews I found here. No regrets at all; my hair looks absolutely fantastic. He did a great job and I am so pleased. Will definitely come back!

My wife went at Dessange Divonne this morning and she came backed astonished by the poor service and the manners of the man who took charge of her. Total luck of customer focus, not listening to the customer and unpolite manners. She was happy the previous couple of times she was at Dessange Divonne but she will not come back and certainly not recommend it to anyone.

Dubai prices in divonne (and without the same results or competence). Was charged Eur 103 for a wash and dry (71 for wash and blow dry and 32!! for conditioner) on the basis that my hair was so long, so was worth nearly twice the normal charge. Totally excessive and was charged what I assume to be a seriously unjustified frontalier premium, and taking their customers for an expensive ride.

I booked a hair appointment for Couleur Shampooing Coiffage - Cheveux Courts 1h 30min - 85€, with a 20% discount voucher and ended up being charged 130 euros with only 15 euros discount. The explanation was that the 20% discount only applied to some services but not all and the advertised price was only for colouring of the hair roots only. Clearly deceptive pricing by the hair salon! And when I showed them what I booked online, they blamed the pricing discrepancy on the computer system. I looked at the receipt and no 20% discount voucher was applied in the end. I was not impressed with the service. Blow dry was a disaster and the final look did not look very professional. I will definitely not return to this hair salon!
