    Went there several times and every time came out with a bad surprise. The last one was they did a balayage on my hair , which they burnt all my hair , she never came to check on my hair while putting me under extreme long heat. I end up cutting it short. The are quiet clueless and they charge a leg and an arm for the service! It is a total rip off. Avoid at all cost. I have tried several colourist and one is worse that the other! Do not go there!

    One of the worst colouring I’ve ever had. I went for a haircut and balayage and what they did was one colour on the bottom part of my hair and luckily the roots stayed as they were. They did charge me for a balayage though and when I shared that I didn’t like the colour and that this is not how a balayage should look like the lady tried to convince me that it will change with time and sold me a colouring shampoo. Went there because of the reviews but their knowledge of colouring is extremely basic. Giving them a star only because people there were nice.

    I didn’t like the result. I did really try to like it but I didn’t. And that relates to the colour and the cut. I came to do highlights and the cut. Came with the picture for the colour and explained that I do not want to see a lot of my own hair and last time this was exactly my problem with balayage. I was still suggested balayage and the result was the same. I saw a lot of my own colour which I didn’t want to see. Now two months later it looks like I haven’t been to the hairdresser for 6 months. The cut as well…I told what I wanted and was advised against it. The result is that my hair look like broom. What I noticed is they really impose their opinion instead of listening to what the client wants. I know balayage is very popular in France but there are so many techniques of colouring hair nowadays but, here, at least at this salon it looks like all they can suggest is balayage or plain colour. At the same time the prices are like in London. The attitude of the colouring specialist was rather questionable. I wouldn’t go as far as rude but she didn’t want to hear my feedback, that is for sure. Voilà

    Thank you Valerie for doing a great job with my hair for a wedding on a rainy day! I was worried because my hair is curly but Valerie was gentle and lovely.

    So Happy! The first and for sure not the last time! I needed to refresh my hair cut and thanks to the expert advice at dessange I got back home with a perfect haircut. The stuff is kind and qualified. They really understood what I needed. Thank you again!

    Lors de ma récente visite pour un balayage très léger, la coiffeuse a réalisé un balayage classique blond très clair, bien loin de l'effet subtil et naturel que je souhaitais. ( Je lui avais pourtant montré beaucoup de photos et j’ai été très précise sur ce que je voulais ! ) Je n'ai jamais eu les cheveux aussi fragilisés et brûlé après une telle prestation ( alors que je fais des balayages depuis 7 ans ). L'absence de patine a accentué le problème, laissant mes cheveux jaunes et les racines non fondues. Je suis profondément déçue par cette expérience et le préjudice causé à mes cheveux et je me retrouve aujourd'hui face à des dommages importants que je peine à atténuer. Compte tenu de ma mésaventure, je déconseille fortement ce salon de coiffure à quiconque recherche un balayage de qualité
