    I want to change my rating for the salon. I wrote a review on Saturday, the salon master immediately contacted me, offering me time to visit and discuss options for resolving the misunderstanding (I don’t speak French, we communicated through a translator). Thank you very much for your quick feedback. I arrived, discussed the haircut again, Master Emrah finalized it and it turned out just perfect!!! Very professional and client-oriented approach. Thanks a lot!!!

    We took one appointment at 13:30 and we arrived at 13:20, they said they made a mistake and took two appointments at the same hour and had to cancel mine, the others were not even there, so I went for nothing. Bad service

    Lady doing the color did not care about her job at all, she did my balayage very quickly and ran away. she came back with a loud sigh and dragging her feet! Expensive : 150€ for the lady doing the balayage for barely 15min and a simple haircut. Not happy with the color.

    Went at the recommendation of a friend. Not a positive experience unfortunately: the hairdresser was quite uninterested, left half-way to attend to another client (!?) and in the end I was left with quite a bit of hair on my clothes. The haircut itself was ok, although quite average, I went in there looking for a stylist's help, not a simple haircut.

    Habe schon lange über einen Stufenschnitt nachgedacht, aber hatte immer Angst, dass es am Ende nicht gut aussieht oder dass der Friseur es nicht so macht, wie ich es gerne hätte. Doch in diesem Salon habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt und mir wurde erklärt wie der Friseur vorgehen will und wie der Haarschnitt am Ende aussehen wird. Dadurch fühlte ich mich viel sicherer. Der Friseur hat meine Wünsche perfekt umgesetzt. Ich bin sehr zufrieden!
