Very bad job at blonde belayage by Joelle ! Horrible result ! I've realized it once I came home to inspect the hair in good light and I was shocked at the patches in the hair and the color ! Do not recommend !!!

This is the flagship store of the Dessange group. So the experience is completely different from franchised hairdresser. Here you feel more like in a five star spa of a Parisian palace. Great service and care from the staff, great with kids as well and such a wonderful experience and feel altogether

I have been coming to the salon Dessange Franklin rossevelt for years. I just can’t go anywhere else ! The coloriste Joelle is simply the best not only in France but really one of the best in the world weather for balaiage or hair colors. Haircut and hairdo with the talented and adorable Francisco. Love you guys ♥️♥️

I am sorry I have to give a bad review but I am upset after all. The girls were so nice and treated me so well at all times, but tbh for the price I dont expect less. I was very clear I didnt want blonde hair because it turns yellow on me and explained exactly what I wanted. I ended up with a balayage with blond ends when I specifically said I didnt want it. It is not terrible, but for 380€ I expect exactly what I was looking for (something natural but intense) i was in Dessange in Saudi Arabia and I never left a salon so happy. I should have waited to go back there. Pics of what I had before (and what I wanted), and what I got after all (super yellow blond zero natural) like I said, for what I paid I am not happy.

I left in tears. I have curly hair and asked for a simple cut that would not make my hair puffy. The guy must have really disliked me. He cut my hair, blew it out using a diffuser which was all good. Then combed my dry curly hair with a hair pick! It was so big everyone was staring at me. They all knew it was wrong. The woman that checked me in at the salon, also helped with translation even questioned the stylist why and he just responded that it was perfect. I looked like a clown. I’m quiet and not a confrontational person, I paid when I definitely shouldn’t have. My husband saw it and was in disbelief. I had to stop him from going to the salon. The woman at my Hôtel concierge actually apologized to me for my experience when she saw my hair. That is how big and bad it was. You should leave a salon feeling great. I left feeling the most horrible I’ve ever felt. To the owner, I ask that you please look into this. I wouldn’t wish this for anyone else.

الصالون اول شي مختلط حاله حال الكثير بس طلبنا غرفه لنا خدمتهم واااايد ممتازه و محترفين الموظفه اسمها اميره ساعدتنا وفي الي سوت البدير و المناكير و صبغة الشعر و الكوافيرة كلهم كانوا متميزين للأسف مب متذكره اسم باقي الموظفات كنت انا وبنت اخوي وفعلا سوينا الخدمات هذه عندهم شكرا لكل الي خدمنا و اعتذر لاني ما حفظت أسمائهم بس يستحقون الشكر و بجداره من الاستقبال لحد كل الخدمات الي قدموها لنا واشجع البنات لهذا المكان الابداعي (Translated by Google) The salon is the first thing that is mixed, like many are, but we asked for a room for ourselves. Might be in a nice area, but it shouldn’t be allowed to be attached to the shops it is. The outside is covered in dog poop and urine, and the mix of this and the people give the area a bad name. Brings me back to the age old saying, “You can’t buy class.”
