    Got colour and simple cut. They have deceiving pricing. Wash after applying colour is extra. Conditioner is also extra. The cut took 2 minutes and it’s not even. It was a simple trim, no layers. Colour doesn’t have good coverage. Basically I paid twice as much as is advertised.

    Exceptional service and staff. I travelled to Aix en Provence the weekend preceding my wedding which was taking place on Monday 30th Aug. Having passed through Paris specifically to get my colour (balayage) done, I was disappointed by the results - I had yellow hair 2 days before my wedding! I went straight to the Dessange salon on Saturday afternoon, without a reservation - the staff immediately jumped into action, seating me straight away and putting a very competent (and patient) young lady (I think her name was Lea) in charge of fixing my colour. Two hours later, I came out with a beautiful colour - my wedding day was saved thanks to the wonderful staff of this salon. I can not thank you all enough for how well you looked after me. Excellent, kind and professional service.

    Wow! What a great experience. I was hesitant to get my hair done in Aix without knowing anything about the place, or speaking very good french. It was recommended by our landlord, so I took a walk to the salon to make an appointment and they were very welcoming, and also made sure there was someone there who could speak English, if I needed it. It's an upscale salon, very clean and it's clear they have good people working there. I can't remember the name of the woman who cut my hair (sorry! But she was lovely with very thick blond hair cut short), and she explained (in french) what she was planning to do, and Allison (who did my color, and beautifully) confirmed in English that I understood. They offered coffee, tea, water, etc and were very attentive. I had a ballyage for color--haven't had that in a long time--and it was beautiful! They took their time, and the result was fantastique!

    This place is of the upmost quality for hair dressing. Moreover, the staff is not only excellent in what they do, they're also very competent in advising costumers. The saloon is very cosy and comfortable. Oh yeah! and there's also a wonderful massage chair for the one getting their hair washed!

    Super équipe très professionnelle et sympathique. En particulier à Ana ma coloriste et Corinne ma coiffeuse, toutes les 2 depuis des années. Sans oublier Pascale aussi coloriste. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés ! Garantie qualité parfaite.

    Mauvais en maquillage. Je leur ai demandé du maquillage pour une fête nécessaire. Mais ils étaient très avares en matière d’application de Produits de maquillage Je n'ai pas du tout aimé et je ne vous conseille pas d'y aller pour vous maquiller. J'ai payé l'argent même s'ils n'y Ils ne méritent pas ce montant coûteux et je suis rentré chez moi pour me maquiller seul

    Bien qu’ayant précisé lors d’un balayage sur mes cheveux longs que ceux-ci étaient fragiles, je suis restée excessivement longtemps dans ce salon en pensant que l’on prenait soin de mes cheveux pour effectuer le constat quelques jours après que mes cheveux avaient été complètement brûlés par l’agressivité du produit. 5 mois après, j’ai des cheveux mousseux et desséchés, je n’ai jamais pu récupérer mes cheveux et été dans l’obligation de les faire couper courts. Cela faisait des mois et des mois que j’en prenais soin. Aujourd’hui je suis en pleurs de ne plus arriver à retrouver mes beaux cheveux et suis dévastée par l’incompétence absolue du personnel de ce salon. Au vu d’un tel carnage j’aurais du partir sans payer, mais cela n’appartient pas à mes valeurs. Je n’ai qu’un conseil : SURTOUT N’Y ALLEZ PAS.

    Je recommande vivement ce salon car j ai été très satisfaite du résultat. Personnels très pro, souriants, bien à l écoute et surtout de bons conseils dans un bel endroit.Pour l entretien de mes cheveux à la maison, j'en ai même acheté à la suite de ma coupe_coloration et je ne peux plus m'en passer Merci beaucoup pour ces bons moments. A très bientôt
