Lucky me! I walked in around lunchtime to make a future appointment for a straightening treatment and cut. Despite being relatively busy, they were able to seat me right away for a 3 hour visit - no appointment needed! My French is very limited, but the staff was very patient and worked to understand my hair goals, explaining the pros and cons of the procedure I was interested in (Bio Straight by Nature Eva). They made me feel very confident and comfortable with my decision. Julie completed the smoothing treatment and Laure gave me a trim. I had a wonderful experience with both ladies, who pampered me well. I absolutely recommend Dessange Saint-Raphaël! Merci beaucoup, Julie et Laure!

I am asian living in london. My first time trying this as they made for celebrities so i want to try it. 1. Hair cut: i. Guess i have high standard 85 euro for hair cut longhair. Other salons are better . Didnt cut much andjust layer 4/10 2. Little massagebut the girl didnt use enoughforce 5/10 3. Shampoo/conditioner: they use inhouse brand so okay: 7/10 4. Service: has drink/coke, people smile but seems like most of the visiyors are grandma and very rich people. Maybe it is french standard but thec cut is quick and nothing has been done. The blow dry is not good too so a bit rush. Overall: please dont go if udont want rude service and as tourist.
