Disgusting stylists and terrible service. They ruined the haircut I got from a master with such great skill in the salon of the same name in Cannes. The salon was quite empty, there were almost no visitors (now I understand why), and there was pretty dirty, including the toilet. They washed my hair for a very long time and then combed it rather casually. However, I got that awful haircut amazingly fast. I got crooked but flat bangs that end abruptly but don’t frame the face smoothly. The hair was objectively poorly styled until I insisted the “master” fixed it. In addition, there was no feeling of freshness and lightness, as if my hair had been washed yesterday. I also noticed a rather strong asymmetry before I left the salon, which my “master” somehow corrected. But that didn’t improve that haircut much, and I found the crooked bangs already at home. This haircut looks like 10€ but not 100€ what I paid for THAT. My spouse also got a fantastic haircut in Dessange Cannes and a just as expensive but completely unprofessional haircut here, in Dessange Paris. ***** Reply to the owner's reply: To be exact, I have paid €86 for one service – a terrible haircut.

Take the scissors away from the "stylists" of this salon. I have never had a more unsuccessful haircut. I was in Dessange in Cannes, and every euro was worth their services (not cheap). But everything was terrible in this salon in Paris, with the same prices – from washing my hair (it took no more than 2 minutes to wash my medium-length hair) to the final result (I no longer have medium-length hair). Now I have a short and shapeless haircut. That is the level of a hairdresser with prices up to 10 euros. I definitely would NOT recommend this salon. Just avoid it. If I could give zero stars, I would. Reply to the response from the owner: Obviously, hygiene, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction are priorities of someone else but NOT yours.

The cut was Ok at best. The balayage was the worst I have ever seen. Super patchy, uneven, thick obvious sections, not natural or pleasant at all. When I complained about this they agreed about the unevenness and said to wash it and it should get better… this isn’t at all accurate information. I did not leave the salon happy. €330 for terrible hair. Do not go there.

Great experience w/ balayage & cut. Enjoyed every minute in the salon — and Isaac is an absolute artist! (Wish I had made a video of his amazing technique creating "waves" with the curling iron!) So happy with everything and will be back anytime I am in Paris. Thank you to all!

David did my daughter’s hair and Sabrina did her makeup for her Paris photoshoot and they were both so great and quick as we were in a hurry! Crystal was so nice and helpful as well; the salon very big and very clean. The entire staff was friendly! Very nice experience!

I have a curly hair and I asked them if they know how to handle it and they said yes...all what they did is wrong and not applicable for curly hair.. I wish they said we don’t know instead of wasting my time and my money ..my advise if you have a curly hair don’t go there.
