    I would give 5 stars for customer service. My stylist was very friendly and welcoming, asked me a lot of questions about my hair and how I maintain it. My appointment time was respected and it took only 30 minutes from start to finish. It was also very inexpensive compared to what I have paid in the past to get my hair done. Unfortunately, the stylist I had on this particular day was not very competent in mixed/afro hair, despite this being mentioned as a speciality of the salon. I also mentioned my hair type when I called to make my appointment. The stylist washed my hair and gave it a quick conditioning so until then, everything seemed fine. When it was time to style my hair, I presented a photo of the style that I wanted (2 nattes collées). I should have been suspicious when she started braiding my hair when it was still wet but I myself was new to wearing my hair natural so I thought maybe this was her technique…? Needless to say, the style immediately started to frizz to the point that when I returned home 10 minutes after I left the salon, my husband asked if my hair appointment had been cancelled. Why did I wait so long to post this review? Because after this experience, I gave up looking for a hairstylist. I have not dared to have my hair cut/styled in 3 years. Today, I have decided to try again and Google keeps suggesting this place. As I said, I cannot emphasize enough how lovely the staff was but if you have afro hair, you might want to look elsewhere so you are sure to have someone who knows how to do your hair. The search continues…

    Honestly the best haircut I've ever had!! My hairdresser (I didn't get her name ):) was amazing - she listened, advised, and styled with the best standards, complexity and catering for my hair (curly), so we'll, I have not experienced such skill in my life ????. Yay! Thank you so much :)!
