I highly recommend this salon ???? Prior to visiting this one, I had went to a few others who said they couldn't do the color I wanted (ombre purple). I admit it was my fault for checking so late. I wanted my hair done for a special day. Not only did they say they could do it but they also gave me an appointment the next day. I couldn't be happier with how it came up. I still keep up with the color today! Everyone was so nice even tho I don't speak French. I apologize for not remembering the stylist name who did my hair. She was lovely and so was Frank. I will go back again ???? I also apologize for the extremely late review.

My friend had recommended this place, and I didn't regret choosing it. Frank is really passionate about what he does, it was pleasant to see him working and receive a good result. The girls are friendly and understanding.

I'm an international student who doesn't speak french fluently, but despite this Franck was very patient and listened to my ideas. He spoke clearly, and was very professional. He was aided by a very polite and attentive apprentice called Neguina who was very skilled also. He gave me a haircut that I'm very impressed with and showed me how I can style it afterwards. I found my time at the salon very pleasant and I also received a discount of 20% because I am a student. Thanks again to you and your team, Franck!

The hairdressers are very professional, talented and nice. I went in the place not knowing exactly what I wanted, after showing the hair stylist what I wanted with some pictures, he was able to cut my hair into a common ground of the two different styles I showed. I loved my haircut that went perfectly with my head shape. Got some tips on taking care of my hair. Perfect place for students looking for quality service that is inexpensive.

A truly magnificent experience and result! Having recently relocated to Strasbourg I had some bad experience with salons. The shampoo expert team, despite me having difficulty speaking French (they will try to explain in English) was welcoming and attentive. They managed to bring my hair back to what i usually prefer as a colour and the haircut was flawless!!!!! Can't thank you enough for listening to me and being hair artists!

I was slightly hesitant to visit Shampoo Expert as I normally frequent more expensive hairdressers. However, after a bad experience with a "fancier" hairdresser in Strasbourg, I decided to give Shampoo Expert a try. This place is phenomenal! Franck cares about each and every one of his customers and he takes time to listen to your needs and pays superb attention to detail. My gloss didn't last and he kindly did it again without charge. The entire team is super kind and friendly and they work together well. I will come back to Strasbourg just for Franck.

Not recommend for people who like enjoy in salon…I had terrible experience,master every time pulled my hair and when I said that it’s painfully she said it’s technic like that.????????♀️I really wanted time of the time cry from this and after stager said for her that for me really painful she began to do a little bit more slowly and it’s was much better .but when I say one more time if it’s possible to do more slowly she hit me in the shoulder (????????♀️????????♀️????????♀️)and say that she need to do like this ????thanks that after stager washed my hair cos she like minimum ask if it’s comfortable for me,if not hot water….in the end my hair dried the same girl from begging and she touch my head with her metallic brash that was totally hot cos of hair dryer,I just wanted to finish all this more quickly….if someone like torture for which you need to pay it’s perfect place…..and in the end because I paid nearly 200 for me proposed coupon for 7-8 € for next time,seriously … after this experience never…I arrived with amazing mood but go out with destroyed.????????
