    I went in with a nicely cut bob, wanting it slightly shorter in the back, but left in tears with a massacred, heavily layered cut that doesn't suit my curly hair at all. It’s so bad that I will need to wear a wig for the next few months until it grows out. It’s unbelievably bad looking. The only reason for two stars is because I don't believe the hairdresser did this intentionally, even though I repeatedly said it was too short and too layered and the salon looks fine otherwise. Never again.

    extremely bad experience with this hairdresser. I asked for a balayage, I ended up with big blonde stripes on brown hair, stains in my hair, and damaged hair. The job was so badly done, I had to go to another hairdresser two days later. They told me they were surprised this hairdresser let me out with such a poor quality work. Upon sharing my disappointment, hairdresser ignored it and told me I’ll get used to it. She made me pay EUR 202.- for this. Only positive is that upon back and forth complaining, hairdresser reimbursed me. I wouldn’t recommend going there.

    I found my place to do my manicure and pedicure with Leane. She is wonderful and always make the best out of my nails, even if sometime I come with one nail shorter than the others. She has so nice manners and very respectful. She is the best!! She speaks English also!!

    This was more than a year ago, but this was the worst place I've ever had my "semi-permanent" done. Extremely thick and it took a good 45m of soaking and scratching to remove it in another institute. The second star goes to the store that had very good deals and a kind and patient consultant.

    I had the pleasure and luck of having an haircut from Cathy (although she is typically in the b-center in Segny). On all honesty, the best haircut I have ever had. Very professional. Definetly going again

    after more than 1 year as client I've been treated miserable for a mistake they actually did......not even tried to fix the problem, just through on you ......unbelievable, stay away
