I was very disappointed, i know the Franck Provost from Paris. In Paris I was very satisfied but the Salon in Archachon has nothing to do with it. First the woman showed me a picture of an advertisement to accept the colour she had in her mind for me. After asking her for a colour sheme and about the exact colour she wanted to use for me she showed me palettes but did not want to answer the name of her chosen colour first. Later during the appointment shortly after informing her about my opinion she responded finally to the initial question which colour she intended to use for me. Besides the very uncomfortable situation, unprofessional behavior of her and inefficient discussion with her she finally accepted my choice of colour. We went to the water plug where the very inconvenient situation continued. Instead of using the hand only (having also long finger nails) she also used the water plug for washing the hair which I felt some times on my head. Altogether neither the uncommon unpleasant treatment nor the outcome I can in any way recommend unfortunately.

Disappointing...went for a wash and blow dry / hairdo - the hairdresser didn't know how to make a braid so just did a regular blow dry and then put it in a pony tail but she was complaining the whole time as she didn't have an elastic band so used a brown one on my black hair. Was surprised when paying the bill which amounted to 60 euros for a wash and blow dry - and I was charged extra for the hair mousse and spray she used - and for the elastic band
