I have never experienced such an arrogant behaviour at a hairdresser before. lt started with me arriving at my booked appointment and a man from the staff announced that they were going to take me in, in 30 minutes. l asked for the price of the highlights that l had booked for my light hair. l had coloured roots from before, yellowish/reddish hence why l came to a professional with the intention to get an overall even hair color. The man gave me a consultation and a price for that. The same man asked me to go and wait, and come back after. l chose to stay at the salon and the man’s colleague came to give a consultation in addition. This woman said that she will not do what l asked for, but what she will do, is to give me a hair cut. She gave critiques about the hair being previously colored at home. She said that l should let the hair grow out completely, and come back to the salon in the future. l tried to reason with the person several times. She said that there is nothing they can do for me. l asked again to get it confirmed, which was the case. So l unbooked my appointment on the spot. Afterwards l went to another Franck Provost salon, and one other hairdresser for a consultation and a price. There was no problem. The only problem was the Franck Provost in the centrum of Lille.

Firstly, when I arrived they mentioned 15 min delay, I waited 30 min. Secondly, they charged me more than it shows on their website. Shampoo - cut - styling is 56 EUR, I was charged 65.50 EUR. Didn't even have coffee there, not sure why I paid 10 EUR more... The haircut I wanted was supposed to be short but hairdresser cut it much shorter than I showed and wanted. He was confident so the results wasn't bad.

Kind and helpful staff. My hair CUT turned out great. However, I asked to dye my hair a dark blonde. They completely ignored my request and my hair is now almost black. When I complained about how dark it was, I was told that "it will lighten in the sun" and that "it is dark blonde" and other things to placate me, they did not at all offer to fix my hair nor did they listen to my complaints. I would not recommend ever coming here for a colour.

Je m’y rends très régulièrement pour refaire mon henné, ainsi que ma coupe. Je n’ai jamais vu une équipe aussi sympathique, à l’écoute, aux petits soins et sincère ! C’est un réel plaisir de me rendre chez ce coiffeur, vous pouvez foncer les yeux fermés. Je vous remercie beaucoup et ne changez pas !

Une belle équipe toujours prête à vous faire plaisir ! Cela fait 14 ans que je viens et je n'ai jamais été déçue autant pour la coloration que pour les coupes...courtes ou longues ils vous proposent des choses adaptées à vos goûts et à votre physionomie ! Je recommande vivement.

Plus que satisfaite de ma nouvelle coupe, je recommande vivement ce salon. Nous sommes très bien accueillis, le personnel est agréable, le professionnalisme est au rendez-vous. Mention spéciale pour Ambrine que je remercie encore pour mon joli carré et le balayage plus que réussi.

Je suis absolument dégoûtée. Je pensais venir chez des professionnels mais j’ai fait la pire erreur venir ici. Mes cheveux étais long et beau et on m’a tout coupé. J’avais demandé pour une coupe ronde dans le dos avec quelques centimètre coupé. À la place on m’a fait une coupe droite avec un côté qui est plus long d’un centimètre que l’autre. De plus on m’a beaucoup trop coupé les cheveux au point où ça me déprime totalement. Je suis outré de cet erreur que j’ai commise en venant ici. Franchement si vous avez des long beaux cheveux ne venez surtout pas ici. Ils ne vous comprennent pas du tout. J’avais même ramené des photos tout ce qu’elle m’a fait si dit oui et puis après le résultat étais choquant. 48€ pour les étudiants non seulement c chère mais dans mon cas ça m’a coûté d’autant plus chère.
