    I had a great experience at this salon. It was my first time and will definitely be back. Margot was friendly, she knew exactly what I wanted and honestly my hair turned out better than I could even imagine. The salon is so lucky to have her working there, a breath of fresh air.     AVOID! I was visiting a friend on holiday and decided to get a touch up. I have (well, had) long hair for a guy and thought I'd check out this salon. The staff took ages to seat me, despite the fact there was only one other person there. The whole place had a layer of dust/grime/not sure, when I picked up some magazines my fingers were black. When I explained what I wanted (just some length taken off fringe, neatened back and sides) the staff member looked like she wanted to be anywhere but in the salon. The hair cut was choppy and layered so badly, and when I tried to say I wasn't happy with it they started to push me towards the entrance and demand my money. I have literally had to shave my head because of this experience. Worst salon experience ever. AVOID.

    Awful! I went to get my hair fixed with them and they made it look even worse. It's now yellow and orange and NOTHING like the picture. I went back and showed them and they were extremely rude. I started to get upset because they refused to help me and then they laughed in my face! Terrible hair stylist and terrible customer service!!

    DO NOT GO HERE. Terrible hair cut, terrible service. The manager is racist towards English people. Disgusting attitude to customers. He destroyed my hair.
