Good service. My haircut was quick and efficient, my hairdresser was not chatty (which is a good thing according to me) and I was offered a hot drink while I was made to wait (I didn't have an appointment). Actually, everything went fine until I had to pay €32. For a shampoo and a standard haircut it's properly outrageous.

I visited this hair salon by the end of sept 2020 to have a new hair color, and the results was not what I expected at all. I asked for a very specific color and I even showed the kind woman a picture of what I wanted. She showed me a color palette and I picked the one I wanted, according to the picture I showed her. Then she took me to the bath and started my color. At first, I thought it was going to be fine, even though I was quite stressed about what it would look like at the end. When she hair dried my hair, I saw some auburn/ red reflects on the top of my head, I told her about that but she said it was the lighting, with a faint smile. I knew and I suspected she screwed my color from that very moment, but I told myself that it was the lighting, hoping it was not and that it would be okay in a couple of days. I waited for two weeks and it is definitely not what I asked for. My hair, which was supposed to be chestnut, is auburn and red!! I’m very disappointed and I won’t go back. I don’t recommend this place if you want to change your hair color.
