    worst haircut i’ve ever gotten, went to another salon afterwards to try and fix it and the guy was making fun of my cut so badly that he gave me the cut for free ???? Overall horrible experience, getting violated every day

    Do not waste your money here! I asked for a change in hair color and they added two hair treatments without my knowledge. The hairdresser had no idea what he was doing and was clearly not competent enough for a simple coloring. It took over 3 hours, and the result was orange hair while my request was silver. They didn't prioritize the customers in the shop. More and more were seated down while I had to wait for a hair wash that was long over due.

    I asked for a simple procedure of highlighting some parts of my hair. First I was accused of lying about my hair color, that it couldn't be my natural color, very unprofessional. Then they charged me for treatments I didn't want or asked for. The result of my hair only lasted for a day and now my hair is orange.
