Very happy customer. Madame Stephanie took care of me, gave me a state of the art, layered haircut , and great styling. The salon is mostly frequented by locals. Stephanie is wonderful with long hair. It is a no frills salon, no gimmicks and fancy layout, hip or trendy pretentions----but down to business,--well done business. I made my reservations online--- and will do so again.

Very impressed by their service! I chose them as my husband went there for hair colouring few weeks ago and he highly recommends them for their professionalism, great service and good value. I decided to get my hair cut there and chose “hair cut” for my appointment. What happened next was waaaaay beyond my expectations, I thought it won’t take long as they just need to cut my hair ( my hair is long straight black so the process should be plain and simple, usually it takes less than half hour in other countries to get it done), but they spent an hour on my hair for — hair wash, hair cut, adjustment cut, blow and perm. Everything is done with extreme attention to details, I noticed that for a couple times my hair stylist saw there were a few hair not being permed perfectly, she picked them up little by little to make sure ALL my hair being permed nicely. Really impressive service. Will come back again for sure! Update: I've been coming here for regular maintenance since then, their service is getting even better, today I had a simple long hair cut, i was shy to ask my hairdresser's name, she has short blond hair with bangs, she did a really great job, i felt spoiled that she paid extreme attention to detail. Thank you for your professionalism!

I usually do not write bad reviews but this time it made me really upset. Some months ago, my son 11 year old boy came to cut his hair. A young brunette lady served him. He said she pulled his hair so hard during the haircut and I could see he was in tears after the session. We are still traumatised after these months. We have not dared to go back since. On the other hand we love other Franck Provost especially the one in Quimper so this is really shocking.
