I do not recommend! Reading opinions I expected professionalism. I wanted haircut as you can see on the first photo. Two hairdressers saw this photo, I explained- shampoo, cut and dry. Simple. I wanted get layers instead of that I lost 10cm and just take a look, what's this? I paid for nothing!! No difference, they are just short. I will never be back again for sure. And the chair was dirty and wet. Hairdresser just took hair a bit away and she should use broom or sponge to clean the place where the clients suppose to take a sit. Horrible

I had a great experience with the whole team in this salon! They all walked the extra mile to make me feel comfortable and happy with the service. I had a my hair cut (exactly like in the picture of the hairstyle I wanted) and dyed and am really happy with the result. I definitely recommend!

Walked in without appointment, I got cut and highlights, daughter got cut and blowout. Took us without hesitation, enthusiastic and kind team. Was offered tea several times. They were super professional to get me in and out quickly, as we had more to do in Paris! Very convenient to the AccorHotel and arena. Highly recommended. Merci!

although i liked my hair by mina, the lady at the reception was extremely rude and reprimanded me for just asking her why the cost on their website was different from what she quoted me over the phone when i asked for the appointment. it said cut/shampoo for 39 euros but she quoted me 48 euros. i don't speak french, so she said i asked for extra conditioner which is impossible because i don't even know french so why would i even be asking extra things knowing that the person doesn't speak perfect english to even communicate further? my call was just to get a wash and cut and an appointment.. she knew very well that she quoted more but wanted to stand by it to avoid embarrassment. Not like i was arguing with her, but i just showed her a screenshot of their website, she said what she quoted over the phone was final. Which was wrong anyway! That too in a rude manner? Don't appreciate that as a customer who is paying for services! Wouldn't recommend this place if you need a happy and positive day! 2 stars is for the service for mina. 0 for the rude lady!

JE RECOMMANDE !! Aujourd’hui a été ma toute première fois dans ce coiffeur et j’en suis ressortie plus que satisfaite. Coiffeuse au top et très attentive à la demande du client, pour ma part une demande de couleur a été demandé mais étant donné mes anciennes coloration passées la coiffeuse m’a averti que cela ne rendra pas le même résultat. Elle m’a donné d’éventuelles possibilités pour se rapprocher au maximum d’un beau résultat et j’ai très bien fait de lui faire confiance là dessus. Merci pour votre honnêteté et votre merveilleux accueil, une chose est sûr , c’est que je repasserai :)
