What can i say... My overall experience was just scary. The only positive thing was the kind attitude of the hairdresser. She listened to what i wanted for my hair and tried to make sure that she understood it well because French is not my first language. Except for that, i should say that if you have long and sensitive hair, you should definitely stay away from getting highlights or balayage as far as i saw they don't have a clue about how to treat a long hair. I wanted to have a sun touched effect to which the hair dresser called "golden" colour to which i said ok cause i thought it was how you would translate it to French and i ended up having the hair almost bleached to platinum behind my head where she started doing the balayage. For the reason that i have long hair, it presumably took time to finish the whole head and apparently for being inexperienced dealing with long hair, she couldnt calculate the process of lightening of the hair well. Secondly, after being harshly treated with chemical process, my hair needed a mild and a good quality shampoo but i guess she used the cheapest shampoo in the market which made my hair tangled and brought to a condition impossible to brush. She said it was the first time she was coming across such a problem and i believed her cause obviously she didn't know that after such a heavy process of bleaching, she was supposed to use proper products to relax the stressed hair.( it was the first time for me as well to see my hair so miserable ) While brushing ofcourse a lot of hair fell because of pulling, it took almost 30 min for two women to brush my hair and i had to have it cut cause i was worried about the condition of my hair. After the blow dry, from front part my hair colour looked good and natural so i was relieved but after coming back home and washing my hair two days later, i saw behind the hair was totally white and i started to have hairfall which makes me worried. Another thing is that here in France probably they dont know the difference between highlights and balayage which is shocking. i wanted highlights but got balayage cause she told me that it was the french word for highlights and also the new technique of dying the hair instead of using foliage to which she called "old school" way.

Best in the city! Attentive, speaks great English and is a master of his craft. I only come to this place.

Good barbers/stylists in my experience. A bit expensive for men, 28 eur for shampoo and a cut. But they do serve you coffee or tea while you wait :-)

Perfect service, high standards (coffee, massage). My reference for man’s haircut in Paris.
