I would give zero stars if I could. I went in for an appointment that I booked online, and I walked in fifteen minutes early to my appointment, only to be met with blank stares. I told them I had an appointment, and they told me that I didn't. After looking at their computer, they took me in with no apology for the inconvenience or lack of welcome. Not to mention there was a severe lack of professionalism. I went in for a color and cut, and showed them pictures of the color and cut I wanted, respectively. The picture that I showed them was an ashy, mushroom brown. I showed her the picture, and I said I did not quite know what the exact name of the color was so she told me it was called "ice brown." I said yes, I want whatever color is in the picture. I asked whether she would need to bleach/lighten my hair to achieve the color, because that was what I was expecting since it is a lighter shade than my natural hair, but she told me it was not necessary (I asked multiple times because I was surprised). She told me she understood and proceeded to dye my hair. The color was black. Not brown, not ash brown, not light brown– black. Like a very very dark brown with hints of red(????). Not at all in the slightest close to the picture I showed her. I held my hair up to the phone and asked her if the color looks even remotely similar and she said to her, it is. There was no apology at all, so incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. STAY AWAY FROM HERE! Strongly recommend finding a different salon please.

My vacation in Paris ended last Saturday with a beautiful hairdo at your hair salon and it was a great way to end my trip! And especially thank you to the lady that understood english and what i needed, its definitely not often the case in Paris. I hope I'll get to come back!

My wife had the same experience as shared before. Lots of extra charges (around €10) for no value added, such as “soin sans rincage” (say no if they offer it). Total time spend was less than 20 min for a haircut of >€55 (luckily we got at least the student discount which brought it down to ~€48). When asking about the price, the owner was very rude and had no commercial feeling what-so-ever. I tried making a joke which didn’t land well. My wife tried it out because it was closer to home but she will return to the better one called Jean-louis David. Conclusion: if you want a quick and dirty in and out haircut for a rather expensive price, this is your place to go. If not, pick another spot.

Upon first glance, this salon seemed like the perfect place to get a clean, no-frills haircut. Outside, cuts for women were advertised at 44EU -- thinking this was a reasonable price, I went inside to get my hair done. The hairstylist confirmed that it would be 44EU for the cut. Little did I know that after he was finished his chop-job (max 10 minutes) that they would charge me extra for "conditioning" (i.e. having hair conditioner in my hair!). The price went up to 53EU! For that price, I was sure that I would be able to buy a whole bottle of conditioner. In any case, they evaded any questioning with fancy technical terms and insisted that I needed to pay more for the "extras". While I was fairly happy with my haircut, I left the salon with a bad feeling that I was charged extra underhandedly. Buyer beware, they may skim more off you than they initially state.

Horrible place, they always try to charge extra, no matter what you came for, some unexpected item will pop up in the bill. Once I asked them to take away an item i didn't ask for, they did, but they added a new one 5 minutes later without me being aware of this. Avoid this place!!!

Je ne peux pas mettre moins. Je souhaiterais être remboursé. Je ne voulais pas faire un scandale ou être désobligeant je suis parti en souriant car de toute manière, rien n’aurait pu rattraper ce travail. Je suis coiffeur et impossible de se permettre d’accepter un client qui prend le soin de discuter pendant 5 minutes en demandant si le coiffeur est sur de pouvoir réaliser la coupe. Une photo de ce qui a été fait, une photo de qui a été demandé. Jai payé plus de 30€. Je trouve ça désobligeant. Merci de me contacter pour convenir d’un remboursement svp
