    Middle Matter

    Matthew was the best! He took care of my hair that had not been cut in years. I’m visiting from Paris and I was looking for a great place to get a trim. Well look no further! He also informed me of a mask that will give my hair volume. The best!

    I had a positive experience at the Franck Provost Hair Salon located in the Westfield Shopping Mall in Puteaux. The salon is clean and welcoming. I was particularly impressed with my hairstylist, Mathieu. He was helpful in deciding on a new style and was considerate enough not to cut my hair too short, giving me the option to go shorter gradually. His proficiency in English also made communication a breeze. The haircut turned out great, and I plan to return to him for my next cut. I would recommend Mathieu if you're looking for a reliable stylist.

    Great help from one of their employees who helped me despite my poor French - she knew some English and successfully took care of my very damaged hair (note: I have very thick hair and she still managed totally fine, which is not always the case when I go to a hair salon I haven’t been to before). Totally worth the money for a quick wash, cut and dry!

    I absolutely love my experience each time I come to Franck provost. I'm super happy with the service and the attention to detail that the staff pays. I highly recommend Mathieu for haircuts and coloring.

    I had a very bad experience today at la defense salon They left me with wet hair, no towel for an hour without any attention, I kept asking for Anis’s who was my hairdresser but she was busy with another client, they told me It took four hours to have my hair blow dry. I will NOT return Very rude and no good service

    Alida was so gentle and professional, she took the time to listen carefully to the details of the cut I wanted. She was kind and gave me a comforting massage while washing my hair. I was so satisfied with the result, the cut end up better than what I expected ???? P.S: You have a discount (20% from Monday to Friday ) if you’re under 25
