Excellent service, excellent value, friendly and professional staff who take the time to cut your hair correctly and as you like it. I highly recommend Valentina. She listened to what I wanted and offered sound advice based on my hair type. Salon overall is friendly, clean and seems very well managed. I happily will be returning here ever 6 weeks for my haircuts!

Although Provost doesn't take appointments , I had little to almost no wait time on Monday late after-noon. It was my first experience at this studio and I am very happy with the result. The young Carolina understood right away what I wanted and needed, my color come out just perfect. Then, I had the haircut with a gentlemen (can't remember his name), that I also strongly recommend. There is nothing better than a good French hairdresser.

I‘m happy to recommend the new team at Franck Provost ; after the very bad experiences I had in the past with rude staff and long waiting hours, I‘m lately pleasantly surprised with the friendly service and short wait. They are still expensive (but then again everything is expensive in the Pays de Gex), but a friendly smile and a coffee make up a lot for me. Thumbs up !
