It was a good experience. I wanted a one side shaved cut and Didier was good with it and the result was better than what i had in mind. Claudine did a good job on the hair cut/wash as well. Given i have curly hair not many are willing to test a shaved cut. So thanks to both claudine (hope i have not made an error in the name) and didier.

Had a pleasure to get a trim and styling from the lovely Isabelle. She is an absolute professional and takes care of you 100% she exceeded my expectations. Probably would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the untrustworthy lady at the counter.

This place should be avoided. During shampooing, my neck was badly scratched by the lady's bad fingernails... The cut she gave me was not what I asked for and she used a type of razor she took out of her purse without desinfecting it. The robe they gave had other people's hair on it and I did not see them disinfect the chairs either. Very bad service and and even worse in term of cleanliness.

BE CAREFUL! I do not recommend to visit this place. It is not worth to the price at all. it seems the staff is a bit spoiled with the high price and prestige of the brand but it is not worth. Particularly, the one in Velizy-2 Commercial Centre! There was a man who was cutting my hair. It took 45 minutes but he just cut a few hair and the only thing he did was just spraying cold water onto my head; every 30 second - 1 minute he was spraying cold water and then cutting a few hair. He did not cut my neck properly. It is not straight and there are thick hairs left on the left side of my neck. He was "drying" my hair with the cold blow of the fan. I asked him but it did not help. Finally, I kindly asked him to give me the fan and I switched to hot mode and dried my hair myself. at 30 Euros price one can have excellent hair cut in other brands. The lady in enterance. She does not have any idea about customer service! I asked her to make me a membership card. She said she will make it in a few minutes but she did not do it at all. Actually, that is good she did not do it, because I will never ever again visit the Franck Provost. ( Befores I was going to the Franck Provost in Les Ulis.. It is similar, low service quality and they cannot do a haircut for men at all! I regret my lost time (an hour and half with waiting) and plus 30 Euros.

Haircut wasn't satisfying. She cut my hair short not at all professional. I showed her a model pic of the haircut I wanted. She cut my hair really short wasn't resembling anything like the model ... would never get back to this place ever again.

Stupid, inexperienced people are maintaining this salon. Trust me you'll regret once you are out of that place after having an haircut. Save your hair! Damn!!!There's no possibility of giving minus stars.
