I had a great experience here, having my hair cut, coloured for the first time and styled expertly by the hairdresser named Ildas, who took great care of my hair and preferences, and was extremely patient with my lack of fluency in French. It certainly helped bringing pictures of what kind of look I wanted since I could not communicate it with just google translate. All in all, a professional salon with a very kind and helpful staff.

The outstanding positive feedback from these amazing customers encouraged me to try this salon. First, I sent a message inquiring if the staff could speak English. I was not expecting a response, but then a few days later the good owner answered. That was the turning point, the sign that it is a must to drop by and experience the service first-hand. The moment I entered the front door, the lovely lady from the reception greeted me with a smile. Good thing she could speak English. She really tried her best and for that I am deeply grateful. She is very accommodating as well, made me feel welcome. I love the ambiance of the salon. The restroom is clean. Everything is clean in general. I am truly amazed by the automated chair in the hair wash station. I got a free robotic massage while getting my hair washed. I never experienced that in my country before. The gentleman who cut my hair is very nice. Since I speak a few French words and he speak few English words we communicate by acts or gestures, which is fun. First, I explained to the receptionist how I wanted my hair to look, then she explained it to the hairdresser. The end result is amazing. The FINAL VERDICT - I am absolutely satisfied with the customer service of Gianni Capelli Boulogne. I would definitely recommend it to my colleagues. I’ll be back soon.
