I came to this place because I've always had good experiences with hair salons in Japan, they usually have great service and are highly skilled, this place doesn't fall into that category. The perm fell out within one month, the stylist was cold, the atmosphere was not reassuring.

The owner and the receptionist of the hair salon is extremely rude and show no respect to his clients. It’s my second time here at the Salon and I made the wrong date for my appointment. And I kindly ask if they could squeeze my appointment in. But the receptionist was just saying they don’t have any availability without letting me explaining my situation in which I took 2hr train over for haircut. I don’t think they would ever treat any Japanese clients like this. And the owner showed no interest in helping their clients finding solution. Please don’t ever come back here again!!!!!!!

It was my second time visiting them. Airi, who works at the front desk, was incredibly nice and helpful. Saori was my hairdresser, and she was very attentive in making me comfortable, despite our language barrier. She put in extra effort to ensure she understood what I wanted. I was super happy with the final result; my hair feels fresh again, with lovely curtain bang! I would also highly recommend their hair products, Milbon. They're the best products I've used recently; they made my hair healthy and moisturized.

The only place in Paris I go to for my hair! As an Asian woman with fine hair, I’ve always struggled with keeping some volume without too much maintenance and finding the right cut. Shigeo solved that for me: his haircuts are adapted to the shape of my face, to the direction of my cowlick… It’s almost like he can picture how my hair will grow out! He also kindly explains hair care, like how to shampoo, condition, and importantly, dry one’s hair. Once you’ve had Shigeo take care of your hair, you won’t be able to imagine going to anyone else. The attention to detail, technique, and professionalism are top notch! They use Dyson hairdryers and Milbon hair products. They also serve drinks while you get your treatment/cut etc. While this might not be the cheapest place in town, the price is well worth it!
