Great service, prices and results! My mother and I came to Paris for her birthday. I didn't have time to style my curly hair prior to leaving the United States. We found Janaya after another salon said they didn't speak English. Samuel (hoping I remembered his name correctly) was so pleasant when he greeted me and, they were able to see me right away. Anissa did a wonderful job with my blowout adding curls that lasted all day until my mom's birthday dinner. She was so nice as well and spoke Portuguese which allowed us to communicate despite me not knowing French! Highly recommend this great spot. The prices were quite affordable especially given the great service and staff! This was a great start to our visit.

Great hair salon! Everyone is very nice and friendly. Many of the staff members speak English so there’s no language barrier. The ambiance is relaxed and comfortable. I get my roots done and a blow dry and find that their work is exemplary and prices are very reasonable. They also have all sorts of organic/no ammonia products, etc. It has everything you need in a hair salon.In fact, my husband and son go here now too and they love their haircuts. Highly recommended.

My experience at Janaya was an absolute dream!! Elena went above and beyond with my balayage and cut...I am in love with the results. I would love to be in Paris long term just so I could come back to the salon for future appointments! The team was kind enough to speak English with me, friendly, and listened attentively to what I was looking for. Elena's skill and attention to detail is incredible. I will recommend Janaya to anyone looking for a salon in Paris!

Scheduled a haircut for a Saturday afternoon but left feeling disappointed. It was evident they were overbooked, leading to a rushed service and an uneven haircut. Despite a positive first visit, this disappointment means I won't be returning.

They seamlessly arranged for an English-speaking hairdresser to see me, and managed to fit me in on the same day. I felt comfortable throughout, and the results were impressive. I'll definitely be returning and highly recommend this salon for a pleasant and professional service.

I had an exceptional experience at Janaya Coiffure. I contacted the staff to ask if I’d be able to coordinate an appointment despite my limited French, and they were quick to respond and were very helpful in confirming an appointment with someone who spoke English. The staff were very kind during the appointment, and the haircut was exactly what I wanted. Wonderful experience from start to finish, thank you Janaya Coiffure! I’ll certainly be returning for my next hair cut!
