    TRÈS MAUVAIS ! I came to this salon for a cut (shampoo + cut + brushing). As I don’t speak french very well, my boyfriend asked if it was possible (in french) and the lady in charge confirmed that it was for a 45€ pack. My boyfriend left and a different girl just came to take care of me (the same girl who few hours ago didn’t hold me back when I simply asked in english if I could get a hair cut). She quickly washed and put a conditionner in my hair for a few second without any hold time. She then cut my hair and started to blowdry it without any product nor a brush even though it was supposed to be the « brushing » part of the 45€ pack. In the end, my hair looked like a complete mess. At first, I didn’t say anything and when I went for the checkout paying service she charged me ... 58 € !!?! I then asked another hair dresser that could speak english to explain to her that I made it clear that I was purchasing the 45€ pack. She argued with him and said that since she put conditionner in my hair (but not really), that this was the reason why she was charging me 58€. He insisted that she takes off the fee for the « conditionner » and I ended up paying 45€. I left that place looking terrible, feeling like I’ve been mistreated and shut out the door. I told my boyfriend who went there to point out this issue and they said they wanted to charge me 51€ (not 58€), that I said « oui » when they asked me about the conditionner when they didn’t aske me anything and when he specifically mentionned in the beginning that I needed no conditionner or any « soin ». There are some other « details » that would make this review too long to be efficiently clear. So let’s be clear : my experience in this salon was terrible and I’ve never had to write a bad review for a salon before. To finish the story I finally went back there to show the manager my hair and she refused to refund the brushing fee but offered to have someone els brush my hair after I threatened to write a review. When the guy took me to a chair to start brushing, I could see and ear the women laughing at me in the mirrors. No apology, no recognition, no refund, no professionnalism.

    Je souhaite remercier l’équipe de cette enseigne pour leur professionnalisme et leur accueil. Anita, La coiffeuse qui m’a pris en charge a fait en sorte de respecter au mieux mes attentes en fonction de mon type de cheveux. Les techniques de coiffage utilisées sont parfaitement adaptées à ce que j’attendais en réalisant ma coupe/brushing. Je suis sortie avec un joli dégradé et un brushing volumineux correspondant à ce que je souhaitais. J’y retournerai sans hésiter

    Je suis allée dans ce salon ce matin. J’étais avec Philippe. J’ai cru que j’allais me faire un malaise, Philippe n’a pas hésité une seconde, il est allé me chercher de quoi manger au magasin le plus proche et de quoi boire en me demandant à plusieurs reprises si je me sentais bien. Pour ce qui est de la coupe, rien à redire non plus. De plus, salon est agréable et il y règne une bonne ambiance. Je recommande à 100%: des professionnels à l’écoute et soucieux de leurs clients!

    Pull trempé après le shampooing, piercing d’oreille qui n’a jamais bougé en 10 ans arraché par des coups de peigne si peu délicats, bref, expérience plus qu’en demi teinte, sans évoquer le protège cou plein de cheveux, c’est dommage.

    Je suis très contente de mon expérience au salon. Un grand merci à Ali très professionnel et à l'écoute avec de très bon conseils, c'est la premiere personne qui me fais un brushing sans cramer mes cheveux. A la prochaine.
