    Today I had the worst experience at this salon, and I feel compelled to share my story to warn others. My appointment, which was with a hairdresser named Anita I think, which started late. From the very beginning, she dismissed any suggestions I made and responded to everything I said with an upset look and dramatic facial expressions. Her behavior was condescending, even asking why I had come to this salon, questioning that my usual place must have been too busy. The situation worsened when I asked for water for my little boy, who had been sitting patiently for a long time. Anita huffed and puffed as if this simple request was a huge inconvenience. Throughout the appointment, she was extremely rough with my hair, yanking and pulling for an hour. When I finally told her she was hurting me, she abruptly stopped, apologized, and said she couldn’t continue, leaving my hair half done!!! By this point, I had had enough and voiced my frustrations. Two other hairdressers quickly intervened, apologized on her behalf, and took over to finish the job she had started. Despite their efforts and kindness, they could not salvage the disastrous experience. The additional hour they spent curling my hair was appreciated but did not compensate for the overall ordeal. In summary, my visit to this salon was an unpleasant and stressful experience. This lady’s unprofessionalism and rude behavior were unacceptable, and I left feeling worse than when I arrived. Despite the other staff's attempts to rectify the situation, I will never return to this salon and cannot recommend it to anyone.

    I just moved to paris and I’ve been looking for a good hair salon and I’m glad I found this one , everyone is very friendly and experienced, I’ll definitely keep coming here

    I am not the person to enjoy long stays in hairdressers. I have to rate thisone as one of the best. Gentleman who cut my hair today really knew what he was doing. He was precise, reasonably fast and I like the fact I can trust his experience without even expressing myself. Scissors and comb that is all he needed to use for perfect cut! Thank you!

    My daughter just got a haircut today and was very pleased. The hairdresser was very gentle and sweet and gave the hair wash for free which was nice. Thanks ????

    Manager pas aimable avec ces employés .ça m'a choqué !! De plus elle n'est pas très bonne pour les coupes. Heureusement, il y a une bonne coloriste coréenne très professionnelle, très à l'écoute . Et un coiffeur charmant également qui prend le relais et qui rattrape les coupes ratées de Vanessa la manager.

    Très beau travail! J’ai demandé une coupe qu’on a jamais voulu me faire autre part et je suis tres contente du résultat! Ils m’ont écouté et suivi mes préférences, je recomende. En plus, ils sont très aimables et accueillants.

    Je ne laisse pas souvent d’avis négatif mais j’ai vraiment eu une mauvaise expérience. Je suis venue pour une coupe et un balayage. J’ai précisé en prenant rendez vous que je ne coupais pas beaucoup mais que j’avais les cheveux longs. Le coiffeur (Philippe il me semble) était pressé : en plus de m’arracher le cuir chevelu pour démêler mes cheveux, il m’a fait un dégradé devant asymétrique (on ne me demande pas où est ma raie) et une coupe asymétrique également avec de nombreuses irrégularités. Lorsque la coupe était finie, pas de moyen de voir l’arrière une addition à 180€ non détaillé accompagnée de peu d’amabilité. J’ai été chez un autre coiffeur pour rattraper cela et ils ont du couper près de 5cm pour rattraper ma coupe... Amandine et Pascale pour le balayage sont en revanche très agréables malheureusement je ne reviendrais pas. Merci pour votre compréhension,

    Super salon que je fréquente depuis des années . J’y suis encore venue ce jour. . Edgar est un sculpteur. . C’est vraiment génial . La coloriste est formidablement professionnelle. . Je le recommande
