They charged me $238 to color my hair the wrong color. All I wanted is my natural dark brown hair color to cover grays. This was a complete nightmare. I was crying in the seat. Maybe this place is fine for Parisians who speak French and can make sure they don’t ruin their hair, but this was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with any hair service ever. My friend recommended David Millet. That’s probably where Americans should go. Update: once I got home and tried to put on makeup, I realized they had dyed the skin on my forehead black. This is after they put weird lotion on to stop this from happening. I called to get help and they repeatedly just kept telling me that the dye is not black and my skin is not black. The point is that I have hair dye on my skin that won’t come off!

I was welcomed by Jonathan in the salon today - couldn't be more please with the way he welcomed me and listened to my wishes. He went beyond what I asked, took his tile to cut my hair and did the best brushing I had in a long time. Will definitely come back to him when in Paris!

It’s a very nice and convenient place in the neighborhood. I specially like how they do my balayage and there is this one hairdresser that cuts my hair very well (and it’s a curly, not easy hair). The staff is also generally friendly. It’s very convenient that I don’t have to book to come. I read a previous comment about transparency in the pricing, and I agree that they could be better at disclosing a priori how much something costs, but to be fair it is also on clients to ask - and when I have asked they have been very clear. It’s not particularly cheap; but they’re prices are correct based on other good hairdressers in the area. I once had a haircut I didn’t like (but this was most likely with a junior person, and not with my usual) but I come very often and most of the times I’ve left very satisfied. Because it’s not perfect I’d give it a 4.5 if I could, but I gave it a 5 because I recommend it and will be back soon.

Some girls are cool and know what are they doing, sometimes it is like - ok i could wash my hair at home and get the same results. Little too pricey for brushing 70€

I liked them all. I had a simple shampoo/brushing which was very professionally done and then waxing of my upper lip and eyebrows. Very efficient young woman who did the waxing. What I like is that it is big salon and offers many services -- hair, mani/pedi, massage/waxing. One stop shop and I found the prices to be reasonable considering we're talking about Paris in the 16th. I think they are great and will return before I leave for the US in about a month.
