    I sent my two kids (13 & 15) to get a haircut before school on Monday while I was working. When I got back, I discovered an irregular, unprofessional and obviously sloppy work done by what I thought a professional hairdressers. I am not sure if the young age of my boys that let them do this careless work but that did not prevent them from asking them to pay the price for men haircut because it is a Saturday... I shared the sad result of their handiwork. I did not think that kids could be taken advantage of, but in this hair salon, every thing is possible. Shameful.

    I trusted this salon to color and cut my hair. A catastrophe! I asked for a color similar to what I had and a layered cut above my shoulders. The color turned out too light and orangey. My hair is damaged. When I said I didn't like it, they said it was just the lighting in the store and it looked nice. My cut was horrendous! Definitely a 'I need to speak to your manager' experience. I went to Franck Provost to fix it. Same company, apparently. It's even worse now. It looks like I used the kitchen scissors to cut it myself. Or, more accurately, a three year old child played beauty salon on my hair while I was sleeping. Pieces are cut at different lengths, right side is longer than left side, the mark of the scissors is evident, etc. €160 later, I am now waiting for it to grow out. It'll take at least 6 months before someone will able to shape my hair into an acceptable style. Next time, I will go to a real salon, not a factory with incompetent staff, to have a real hairstyle. Run, don't walk away from these salons!
